Stayed Dec 4, 2025The office was very accommodating, the place was spotless and had everything we needed. My only negative is that one of the washing machines did not work properly, but the office gave me extra quarters so I could dry the load ....

Stayed Nov 26, 2025The condo was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. Silver Sands is in a great location. We loved the pool, shuffleboard, and put-put golf, and, of course, the beautiful beach. Access to Cedars was also great!

Stayed Jan 28, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, well-furnished condo with awesome beach access. However, light bulbs were burnt out in 2 of the lamps,blinds were broken in 1 BR, refrigerator was very noisy,toilet base was wobbly in BR 1, large kitchen wall clock didn't work,front door lock needed repair, found live cockroaches in kitchen, all windows were filthy, canvas awning on patio needed repair, traffic noise made it difficult to sleep, small water heater made it hard for all 4 people to take warm showers. Very disappointed for paying this kind of money!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice and right on the beach. The room was average at best. wasn’t very clean and it is a little rundown and worn out. Nothing smelled clean and it was shabby. Needs paint and a good deep clean. The family room area rug is old and worn out and was curling up which was a tripping issue. Wouldn’t stay again

Stayed Dec 3, 2023Property was very spacious, impeccably maintained, and perfect location! Resort was right on the beach, everything was beautifully maintained, pool was warm and wonderful, and the beach was just about the best (if you like calm, gentle waves) that I have ever seen (even better than Siesta Key Beach!). Soft, gorgeous sand and almost crystal clear blue water. Staff was super-helpful and kind, very accommodating. Rooms were even larger (and better quality) then the pictures conveyed. I can't recommend this place enough!

Stayed Oct 23, 2023Stayed here with family. There were five of us and this place suited us perfectly. Very friendly staff at the office. We had everything we needed and had a great time. Would definitely rent here again.
