Spacious 3b/3ba+Loft w/Lake Access-Indoor/Outdoor Pools-Pickleball-Clubhouse

The condo was great for us; very hot weather but the pool was great!

We loved this property and it was super spacious for our family! Everything you need and the coffee bar was a fave!

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans we needed.We saw the pool but never used it.

Pretty clean for a vacation rental, the coffee bar was cute, nice spacious bedrooms. Quick and clear communication with host. Only thing was the fold out couch in the upstairs bedroom is opposite a dresser so you can’t actually unfold it out to a bed but there was a floor mattress we used. Overall very thoughtfully designed and good value for money. The resort facilities were great, big indoor heated pool so we could swim even in October. The hot tub (outside, right next to indoor pool) was large so even us and two other groups didn’t feel too crowded. The restaurant on site was okay food but very nice to not have to drive into town for dinner

The condo was beautiful! The view was great and the pool and lake were a short walk away. Everything inside was so organized making cleanup before check out much easier. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We enjoyed our time at Lake Expectations and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the area too, the hiking trail was great. The kids enjoyed the playground. Easy to check in and access the property. It’s quiet and cannot hear your neighbors at all.

Very clean, well decorated, but it's 3 bedrooms with a semi-private loft area that has beds vs a true 4th bedroom. The loft room has the three twin beds in it. But it's an open space with no true privacy. You can't have the downstairs lights on or tv on without bothering the people staying in the loft room. Other than that the property grounds are well kept and the communication from the owner was great.

I was great but I was expecting access to the lake.

We came for a weekend to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday!! Beautiful resort. Hated community. Safe. Clean. Perfect. The condo was wonderful. Slept great. Will be staying here again

Good location with nice amenities. Owner is kind and extremely responsive. Could be due to off season but building over all was unkept and dirty. Inside of condo was stocked with all the items you should need; however, it wasnt the cleanest. Our feet and socks were dirty immediately and the air vents were clogged eith dust. wetent

I wanted to experience and provide my family a Branson Holiday with my children and grandchildren. Staying at this property allowed us all to stay in the same space with private rooms, private bathrooms, and common areas to visit and share meals that were private to our family. We had a very blessed mini-vacation and lifetime memories were made.

Lots of great reviews on here set high expectations for the property. They were met! Clean, comfortable, and excellent communication with the owner made it a perfect stay for us. We had three adult couples. It was excellent for us and easy to recommend to anyone considering a Branson visit!

Nice condo . Pretty area

The condo was the perfect space for our group of 8 - 4 adults and 4 kids! Love the pools and the close proximity to silver dollar city and white water. The unit is beautiful and very clean!

This property was affordable and as nice in person as the pictures. Very centrally located for fishing, golf, pool, club house restaurant, and walking paths, everything was very short walks. Property owner was very nice and helpful during the check-in process. After check out the cleaning crew found my daughter’s AirPods, and Chris reached out to have them sent by mail. Very much appreciated!!

The property was exactly how it was listed. It was an easy process to access the property upon arrival. There were QR codes and/or directions all around the property on how to operate certain features in the condo. We had no issues while staying at this property. It is definitely a property in Branson that I would stay at again. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was perfect! Would absolutely recommend! Neighborhood/ property was nice and quiet but had lots of amenities and nearby attractions and restaurants. The kind bed in master suite of living room was so awesome it fixed my hip pain I arrived with lol. (Wish I knew what mattress brand so I could purchase the same!) Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks!

Pointe Royale is a favorite of ours for quick trips to Branson. It’s a great location off the strip but not too far away. The pool, playground, and trail are fun for the kids. The lake is a great backdrop to back porch coffee in the morning. This particular condo was the perfect size for our group and had nearly everything we needed for a short stay. Some areas (carpets in particular) could use updating but the condo was very clean and would have been quite comfortable had it not been for difficulty with the temperature. When we arrived it was 80* inside the condo on the main floor and even hotter upstairs. We adjusted the thermostat and turned on all fans and mini-AC units. The temperature came down to 78* on the main floor but every time someone opened the front door it would jump 1-2* again. Upstairs was another issue and we weren’t sure how over half of our party would be able to sleep up there. We contacted the owner who responded quickly, apologized, and made sure we knew the tricks to some of the mini-AC units. None of that actually helped cool it down though. We eventually figured out that the bedroom AC unit was broken and was actually heating the room!! Thankfully we were able to get it fixed in time for it to start cooling the upstairs before we went to bed and they slept fine up there. But then the downstairs bedrooms ended up cold as the temperature in the condo finally came down over night. It didn’t ruin our stay but it did affect our first day for sure!

Enjoyed the area, and the condo was spacious and clean. The pools (inside and out) and the Pickle Ball courts were favorites of our 3 grandchildren that were with us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to prepare a meal, and puzzles, cards and games were available. We enjoyed a day at Silver Dollar City, the Haygoods performance (wonderful!), and other attractions. A great place to stay in Branson.

It was very nice and wonderful. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo.
