Spacious 3 bedroom Family Condo located 1 mile from downtown North Conway!

Perfect for our family winter getaway! Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out, and nice areas to come together. Individual thermostats for each area allowed nice temperature control. Upstairs loft had lots of fun games. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well-equipped-- nice for cooking our holiday dinner. Property was well managed with road snow clearance. Location was very convenient for all our needs and wants. We definitely recommend a stay!

We spent 2 days there and everything was perfect! The house was more established than it‘s usual. We missed nothing! It‘s decorated very nice and you feel like being in a winter-chalet. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for our two family weekend getaway. It had everything we needed, plenty of space for everyone and was very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again!

We come to Settlers Green Outlets event..The Stonehurst Manor Condo Hosted by Jennifer and Shawn Prescott was perfect..The decor was so nice..Very cozy..close to everything we wanted to do..shopping ..Lunch at Mae Kelleys..drinks at Moat Mountain..Got some great deals!!..Have tried many different restuarants ..lots to choose from..we were so pleased with this rental we all agreed we liked this place the best of all our past rentals..and will definitely book it again...Anyone looking to stay at a Vrbo should absolutely rent this one..you will be so glad you did!..Highly recommend this beautiful condo..if you ski.the slopes are so close by..Thank You Jennifer for being so pleasant to talk with and for responding to any questions we had....We will be back!! My friend of 38 years and I do a girls' weekend with our daughters every fall in North Conway, so we've rented many condos over the years. This condo was one of our favorites. The condo was very clean and up to date. It had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to extra blankets and fans. The location is perfectly situated near restaurants and shopping. The owner, Jen, was extremely responsive, probably the most responsive out of any owner we have rented from before. We have moved this condo to the top of our rental list for North Conway.
