    Communication with the owner was pleasant and she had a fairly quick response time. She answered questions with knowledge and provided information I had not thought to ask.The condo grounds were kept clean and tidy. Several times throughout our stay we saw the inside community areas being mopped, usually from water being tracked inside. The elevator walls and floor were wiped clean, at least once that we witnessed. The bathrooms near the pool area were clean, but did have a slight smell of urine at times. We liked that the bathrooms could be accessed via the pool or parking garage. The condo itself was excellent. Quality everything. You can see and feel that that took time to think decisions through from decor to silverware to appliances to mattresses.The cookware was of heavy quality, same for the silverware. Coffee pot, crockpot, instapot, blender, etc. we’re all provided. All were quality items. I cannot express enough how nice it was to have quality items to use throughout our stay. There were no dollar store short cuts here. The mattresses were quite comfortable. No sagging, lumps, or springs poking you. Extra covers were available, which we all appreciated, especially me. My brother and I had only one complaint about the bedding and that was we felt our top sheet was put on sideways. Who knows, I slept too well to care. The balcony was nice.     The condo itself was very nice, and well stocked with the necessities. It could use a vacuum cleaner, or at least a broom and dust pan so that it would be easier to clean up sand, dirt, crumbs etc. The only thing there was a dust mop and regular mop. There were 3 bedrooms, but only 2 of them had a tv, so a tv in the extra room would be nice. The cable didn't work on 2 of them, and the wifi and password posted in the room didn't work. When i messaged the owner about it, her son called and i wouldn't say he was rude, but he had a hard time understanding what i was saying the problem was and his words and attitude seemed as though i just didn't know what i was doing. Apparently the 2 bedroom tvs also had cable like the living room, but it wasn't hooked up or something. Anyway, he finally gave me a different wifi name and password which did work, so we could watch tv in those 2 bedrooms using our streaming apps. Also, the owner told us we had to park a good ways away in a paid parking lot. The info on the elevators said it was 6 a day fee, but it was not. We arrived around 10pm on Sunday night and it cost us 60 to park there from then until 11am on Friday. My sister went to the HOA office on Wed and asked why the paid parking fee was more than stated on the info in the elevator, and she was told that we could have bought a pass for he whole week for 50 directly across the street. I'd stay there again, but the owner needs to give better info to new renters
