Stayed Jul 25, 2025We had a fabulous 30 day stay at the condo on the island. Everything was very clean and it was furnished with all we needed. We enjoyed the view from the 3rd story balcony and we were able to have our boat parked right below us in the boat slip for easy access to fishing. There is a nice view of the water also from the pool. You are very close to everything on the island - the beach, restaurants, shopping. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Our family trip was perfect. This place was perfect and as advertised on the web site. The property manager met us there and walked us through everything to be sure we had a successful stay. The check out was easy and we are ready to come back. This property was 5 minute drive to the beach. You can't go wrong with this place.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We had an excellent time on North Padre Island. The condo was great and the host was even better. Kandi was always texting me to check to see how things were going and to see if we needed anything. She even met us at the Condo upon arrival so she could meet us. In all the years of renting from VRBO we have never had a host who was this attentive to our needs. She really cared that we would have a great vacation. She even gave us ideas on what to do and which beaches to go to. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and very nice size for our family of 5. It's on 3rd floor but the elevator was close and easy to manage. We enjoyed the balcony and looking out on the canal. We would definitely be back!
