Spacious-2 bedroom + private bunk room/ 3 bath overlooking pool & ocean

Upon arrival, there was trash in both bedroom floors(food wrappers and Gerber crunchy snack can)as well as on the couch. Red. Flags. Immediately. Our overnight stay and into the next day revealed findings of fingernail clippings on the rug in living room, mounds of hair and chewed fingernails around the base of the bunkbed(clearly never cleaned), HEAVILY molded/mildewed shower curtain, soiled hand towel, smelly, soured bath towels, and dirty cookware in the cupboard. The water was out with no air conditioning for almost 2 solid days and then again the day after it came back on no water no air.. it was 80 degrees in the condo and no water to shower or flush toilets.. not a pleasant smell. Miserable sleep. The owners compensation was simply the words, ‘that was out of my control.’ Zero care or concern! Beware! Rent at your own risk!!!

Great location.

We had a great time. Condo is spacious and those 3 bathrooms came in handy. Parking access made unloading and loading a breeze.

We have never been to Panama City Beach before. It has far exceeded our expectations!Our host was AMAZING!He was extremely prompt in returning any calls to him. He remedied any requests we had. He was beyond professional and a gentleman.We are booking next year for sure!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Shores of Panama!We absolutely loved our stay at Shores of Panama! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process effortless.The resort itself is amazing! Between the huge pool, the drink and food huts right by the water, and the easy beach access, you truly never have to leave the property. Everything you could want is right there—great food, fun atmosphere, and breathtaking views.We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect Panama City Beach escape!

Great communication with host, quick with replies, and very responsive to needs. Condo was clean and AC was fantastic. Large balcony and nice that you could see both the pool and the ocean. Definitely a family resort that works well for families with older kids and teens. Only drawback might be the staff on site. Shores may be a little overboard on security. We returned from dinner and one of the kids forgot their bracelet. Would not let child come back up to the room with us. Older kids had to run up to the condo to get bracelet before they would let us go back up to our room, despite the rest of us having ours and security having all of our names. Note they mean it when they say they take the sharp scratchy bracelets very serious. We eventually found an entrance close to pineapple willy's that avoided the guard shack, where we could come and go from by swiping our bracelets, or when we drive in they never checked all of us for bracelets. All in all, condo comfortable, host fantastic, the resort staff just always seemed irritated with a scowl on their face even if you have your bracelets on.

My husband, grandparents, and two children loved this room! There was plenty of space for all of us. We really enjoyed the great view, comfy living room, and spacious dining table. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great unit!! Super clean and has all the features you need!! Nice big pool and tons of beachfront!! Checked in online a couple of days before arrival and had parking pass and wristbands waiting when we arrived. Only downside is the parking garage - not fun to deal with. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!

This is amazing spacious condo but needs few upgrades. This was very nice and clean unit and will book again.

Great place! Great view! Room was excellent! Despite the poor parking garage reviews, the park space for this unit was convenient to access the elevator easily, no problem. I recommend the online check-in. It was a breeze once upon our arrival. Definitely requesting this room when we travel back to PCB.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, beds comfortable, beautiful view . Appreciated the parking space near the unit too.
