The primary living area of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium showcases vaulted ceilings, which allow for an abundance of natural light to enter, fostering a feeling of spaciousness. Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, this condo has consistently received excellent ratings from our previous guests.
The inviting couches in the living room provide a charming spot to relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy a show on the flat-screen television, or serve as an extra sleeping area for younger guests on the sofa sleeper.
Guests can access a private deck from the living room, offering breathtaking views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from this third-floor unit.
Experience the fully updated kitchen, which features oak cabinetry, granite countertops, tiled flooring, modern appliances, and soft yellow walls that contribute to the overall brightness of the space.
The dining area is complemented by a large dark wood table that can seat 4 to 6 people.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated to include dual vanities. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, and the second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Please note that air conditioning is not available.
A parking pass is required for this unit, with a limit of one pass per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day.

    This is a perfect spot for a summer mountain getaway. Close to downtown Fraser and the bike path is right across the highway. Highly recommended!

    Great mountain property. Has everything you need for a cozy stay. Hair dryers weren’t working as well as a couple outlets, but could be due to maintenance being done at the property. Great communication with management, and easy check in.

    We came to my cousins wedding that was at Winter Park Resort and it was perfect location to attend everything and so close to town, will be back, it was beautiful.

    This was a nicely updated condo. Very comfortable and pretty. The lighting was dim and we wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit.

    We stayed in this unit while attending the Riding on Insulin event. It was a very clean unit with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The pool was not available because of an upgrade so we look forward to that next time.

    Great location. Fireplace quit working and the outlets in the bathrooms did not have any power. Kitchen and living room were nice. Beds were OK. Unfortunately the ski shuttle busses were short staffed so we ended up driving to Winter Park.
