Spacious 2 bedroom Condo in Resort Setting w/Jetted Tub-Close to Disney World

Great price for the overall stay, beds are a bit un comfy, washer and dryer, dishwasher, closet doors, sweeper all need updated. Room smelled like someone fried chicken and fries deeply. Service at the pool bar and grill is ABSOLUTLY terrible. 45 min wait to order food and drinks. And the food is terrible. Irish pub across the street has great food and service. Grocery store has alot of items for purchase just a lil pricey. Pizza Hut good. Once again great price for a week stay!!!

Overall very nice property! Listing was 100% accurate with the pictures. Outlet mall literally 1 minute walk everything else was within 5-10 miles. Spent a lot of time in there pirate plunge pool was very good stay worked well with kids!

We get to Orlando exhausted from travels. I realize I never got check in information from host. Tried messaging tried calling so figured maybe we just check in with front desk. Nope they are aware of no reservation and said we’d have to get a hold of host. Ended up on VRBO support for 45 minutes while they too exhausted efforts to get a hold of the host. VRBO ended up comping one night at hotel. Keep in mind I was paying for a two bedroom condo so had brought a cooler full of food to mitigate expenses of having to stay at a hotel without a kitchen! Host never once apologized. Simply sent message two days later that PARTIAL REFUND would be sent. I’m sorry PARTIAL??? I don’t think so. You still owe 100.00!!!!! We had to them find a cheap note for the second night due to low funds because this host took full payment the week before. Also know she READ her text messages but never once responded. Worst experience ever. VRBO please deposit remaining fund a back into my account! And please fire this host for such unacceptable behavior.

My children and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort.

The apartment smelt so bad like smoke and cigarettes I definitely would not recommend for the price you pay . There’s no view of fireworks like listed and pool access is no a far walk with no view

The location is excellent. The overall property is excellent and the staff is very focused on customer satisfaction. The layout of the room is very accommodating and comfortable. We did learn some lessons from this VRBO rental. The master bedroom is not what is in the picture. It is a different layout than shown. I don't understand why they would show pictures of a property which is not accurate. The master bed is extremely worn out. There is significant depressions on both sides of the bed. It is probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I am surprised this is not updated to ensure renter comfort. Lesson learned, ask how old and condition of beds. The carpet has a large stain looks like maybe bleach or something was spilled. The carpet is obviously old and has an appearance of being dirty even though it may not be. The living room furniture is not what is in the picture. they have an old couch and 2 chair in the unit which look nothing like the picture. The furniture may be as old as the carpet. It shows significant signs of wear on the arms and cushions are crushed. If you use the outdoor furniture it isn't much better. Even though it is white, is looks very dirty and may just be old and stained. The pictures of the kitchen do not match the actual kitchen we had. It is very obvious as this fridge is silver front and ours was black. Overall the condo is a place to stay but don't set your expectations too high as it is obvious an investment with no upgrades or upkeep being done. The complex is very nice with the 2 pools and 4 hot tubs. The outside bar is good for drinks but the food isn't the best. If you are hungry, go across the street to the Irish pub. It is worth the extra few bucks. If this complex is one you are truly interested in, I would reach out to find other condos to rent. Be sure to ask questions on the condition of the beds, carpet and furniture via message to the owner before locking in your dates with payment.

We were all extremely happy with our stay. The condo overlooks the pirate ship pool, which my son thought was the coolest thing ever. The pool itself was very nice as well! Just a short drive to Disney and overall a great time.

Check in was very easy. Location is great. Near the Orlando Convention Center. Only set back was parking. If coming in late, parking was hard to find.

We loved the property. The unit faced the pool which was very convenient. Just a few tips: bring extra wash clothes, towels (pool towels included), dish detergent, and be prepared to carry your luggage to your unit as the front desk stated they only have 1 cart per building. Walmart is a 2 minute drive. The outlet is literally in your backyard and in walking distance. SN: Gabrielle was awesome at check in!!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The unit needs serious updating. The couch cushions are so thin you feel the metal from the pull out making it unbearable to sit on. The family room arm chairs are stained. The carpet has multiple holes in it. The master bed is hard as a rock. The washing machine squeals loudly during the spin cycle. The balcony is not as advertised. It is located over the exhaust vents from the restaurant below making it very loud. It also overlooks the back alley lined with dumpsters of the outlet mall. It is not what was pictured. I would definitely stay at this property again, just not this unit. We are very disappointed with what we paid for our stay.
