Spacious 2-Bedroom Condo Above Top Restaurants, 2 Blocks from Beach & Pool!

This transitional two bedroom, two bathroom, 1275 sq ft condo comes with a screened-in porch and outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool. The condo features a full size washer and dryer, and includes sheets and towels for guests staying in June-September.

The unit is located on Wilmington Ave above two amazing restaurants: Henlopen City Oyster House and Salt Air, and two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Two reserved parking spaces are located in the private lot behind the buildingthat flank the pool, and your stay includes one City of Rehoboth Beach parking permit that can be used to park in non-metered spaces around town. Guests can access the unit up one flight of stairs or by using the elevator. Complimentary Wifi and two cable TVs are available.

The condo sleeps four people. The primary suite hosts a king sized bed and a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest suite includes two twin size beds and a hall bathroom with a single sink and a tub shower.

For accessing the beach, the condo includes an outdoor storage closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart. In the kitchen, you’ll find a Cuisinart that brews a pot of drip coffee, as well as a Keurig K-cup brewer.

For rentals in June, July, August, and September, professionally laundered sheets and towels will be delivered to your door on the day of arrival. This includes: King sheets (1), twin sheets (2), bath towels (4), hand towels (4), washcloths (4), bathmats (2), beach towels (4) and a set of kitchen towels.

Guests that visit in the off season (October-May) will need to supply their own sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels, which can be rented and delivered for your convenience for an additional fee. Guests will need to bring consumables like paper towels and toilet paper.

Pets are not allowed. Guests are not permitted to move the furniture, bring in additional beds like roll away beds or air beds, or tape anything to the walls or windows.

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.

Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.

The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
