It's located steps away from the Quick Silver ski lift, ski school, and walking distance to Main Street. In the summer, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. This condo is completely updated! The kitchen is fully remodeled with all stainless steel appliances.

The location couldn't get any better. Whether you are walking to the lifts or taking a stroll, there is a walking path to connect you to both the base of Peak 9 for skiing and hiking or to the heart of downtown for dining, shopping and nightlife.

    Awesome updated condo! Spacious, family friendly location with everything we needed. Clean facilities, with a nice view of the mountain. Less than a 5 minute walk over Maggie Pond to Quicksilver lift at Peak 9 & ski school. A similar walk to lovely Main Street for rentals, restaurants, and shopping. Good amenities, including hot-tubs, ski-lockers, garage, walk-in closets, and humidifiers for the bedrooms. Only small feedback is that the queen mattresses may need a slight upgrade. While I’ve been snowboarding for several years, this was my family’s first official “learning” trip and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and comfort of the condo to make the trip a joy and success!

    Great condo. Very comfortable and well laid out. Efficient in and out. 200-yd walk to Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 was the selling point and it was great. Also a quick cut-through to Breckenridge Village to get to Main Street.Condo was clean, comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Good communication via text on check in/out from property manager. Having a dedicated parking spot was great! Only downside is that the parking garage was very tight, like most and with so many full-size SUVs, the minivan we we rented had bad turning radius so getting in and out of the parking spot was very tight. Doable, just tight. My Subaru would have been fine.

    Really nice, clean space. Comfortably fit our family of 5- with the closets big enough to fit a packnplay. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need to make a meal. We would stay here again!

    You cannot find a more perfect location and comfortable property for a ski break at Breck. Everything was very fresh and clean and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer stay.

    We had the best, first time in Breckenridge! The condo was fantastic. It is walkable to downtown and Peak 9/Quicksilver Chair lift. The condo is clean and it was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

    This property is walkable to the quicksilve chair on peak 9 and a very easy walk to downtown as well. Its the cleanest VRBO we have ever checked in to. The one down side is...it is a little walk to a shared hot tub so that was quite busy daily. Overall if you want to ski and enjoy everything Breck has to offer this is a GREAT property.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great walkable location to Main Street. The furnishings are fairly new and in good shape. Two balconies were nice and you could see the mountains. There is a good amount of space and the management company did a great job pre visit and during the visit of communications. Only complaints were really soft beds, tv in bedroom didn’t work and I wish there was a little more of the basics (spices, larger amount of body wash, etc). Would stay here again.

    We loved our stay! Great communication, very clean and updated and in the perfect location. Close to Main Street and also close to many hikes. Loved not having to drive everywhere
