The 2026 renovated kitchen with crisp white cabinetry, sleek countertops features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and toaster.

The condo has central A/C and forced air heat. Convenient stacked washer and dryer placed near the kitchen. Take a seat and wind-down in the living area watching the big game or having a family movie night on the 46” LCD HD flat screen TV. Enjoy a fun family game night with the provided board games.

The primary bedroom has a private bathroom, a 42” LCD TV and plenty of cabinets and sliding mirrored door closet space for storage. The primary bedroom features an en-suite full bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed and large mirrored door closet, and is also equipped with a desk setup. The bathroom for the second bedroom is just outside the bedroom making it convenient for use from the family room as well as the bedroom.
