Spacious 1BR/1.5BA Beach Condo/Low-Density Complex: Booking for Spring & Summer

Really enjoyed this condo compared to others weve stayed in here and in PC. Entire place was clean and orderly. Enjoyed the gulf view and nearby restaurants. Will definitely return.

Good communication with owner. Property very clean and well-maintained. Nice view of the beach and pool area. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area very nice areas to visit.

Could use some plastic storage containers in the kitchen. None available. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay for a beach getaway. Good communication with host. Condo had the essentials and amenities listed (well equipped kitchen). Balcony was my favorite spot to drink coffee, watch for dolphins, and listen to the waves. Beach and weather were perfect. And we found some new favorite places for great seafood.

Great location. Hosts were great to deal with. Pull-out sofa was not particularly comfortable. Having a pull-out loveseat was a bonus. Overall, it was a great value.

Loved the location, perfect size for what we needed for the 2 of us. Kitchen was well stocked. I’ve always stayed at a Phoenix, but prefer this so much more. Easy parking, easy beach access. I would recommend and will be back.

My husband and I recently visited this condo for a weekend “babymoon” and enjoyed it very much! While not directly oceanfront, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is just steps away. While we enjoyed our time here, we had some difficulty getting the parking website to work, and the host was not quick to respond. Also, we were surprised that there were not staple items such as trash bags, which we are usually provided when staying in units like these! Overall, definitely recommend staying, just know you will have to bring a lot more from home than you would typically expect to when staying at a hotel or other condo!

Celebrated my wife’s 50th. Gorgeous view and very quiet atmosphere. The beach is right there and amazing sunset! The property is well maintained and very safe! Highly recommend to others and we plan to come again!

My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay at this charming spot! The balcony, while petite, offered a cozy nook to soak in the views, and although the furniture was a bit vintage, it added to the character of the place. Everything was sparkling clean, making our experience feel refreshing and delightful overall!

I’ve paid far more for far less in other places. I like the old-school building, great Gulf view, super comfy bad and HUGE shower. The well-appointed kitchen gets hi marks, too. 10/10 will stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Orange Beach at The Palm Beach B22 and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The condo is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and has a great layout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing. The location is unbeatable, situated close to local restaurants, seafood markets, and near Gulf State Park for wonderful walking paths. The views from the balcony were stunning. The building itself is secure and well-managed, including two heated pools. And just steps from the beach. Overall, I highly recommend Palm Beach Resort B22 for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay with excellent Property Hosts John and Pam. Communication was exceptional.

Owners were highly responsive when I reached out. The condo was in a great location for us, overlooked the pool and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized. We came for a wedding so didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the nearby attractions but would like to return on vacation!

Excellent property. Love the convenience to the beach and the pool. Quiet and convenient to restaurants and pier( which my husband loved). Getting Parking permit was a total nightmare that we dealt with daily. Other than that, loved everything!

The Palms Beach property is a family favorite of ours. This was our fifth time at this resort and you can’t go wrong! The condo was just the right size for our family. It was the perfect location to enjoy the beach views, coffee on the balcony watching dolphins, proximity to the condo’s pools, and the beach with plenty of space.
