Fantastic water view!

This property was immaculate. The fully equipped kitchen was great to prepare some meals instead of going to restaurants every night. Excellent view from the large balcony. Our host Butch was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Best rental in Southport! We come 3 times a year for the past 12 years and this is now our new favorite!

loved the outdoor deck. Lots of activity in the marina to watch. Close to everything in Southport. Butch was available when a problem arose with a barking dog next door.

We enjoyed staying in this nice condo. It was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing!

Great location and view from condo

We’re in Southport a few times each year and this place has it all. The view is awesome and you are in walking distance to waterfront restaurants and shops.Everything was very clean and the owner made it very easy to check in and out. We’ll definitely be back.

Everything about Butch’s place is excellent! We have enjoyed several stays and it’s so clean and comfortable that we settle in quickly even if a short stay. The views from the deck are amazing, the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants, and Waterfront Park is 10 mins at most if you stroll. We highly recommend!

The place is always clean and very well kept. We love sitting on the deck and watch the boats come and go. We will definitely return.

Incredible location that’s quiet but walkable everywhere. Elevator to the second floor makes it easy to haul suitcases and groceries. Loved the view from the generous deck and living room. Responsive host acted quickly when we had a minor appliance malfunction.

We had an absolutely great stay! The accommodations were lovely and the view was spectacular. We really enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and to dinner. Seeing so much nature was an added bonus!

Everything about Butch’s Unit is outstanding. We have stayed multiple times and feel it is our Southport home away from home. The Unit is immaculate, thanks to his outstanding housekeeper, and everything is in perfect condition. There have been recent updates to the inside and outside of the Condo complex, which added to the excellence. Location is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Views are so relaxing, and the rocking chairs are perfect. Hope to be back for a longer stay this winter.

The condo was perfectly walkable to visit the sites we wanted to see. Fun local restaurants, all with delightful views and delicious food.The condo was spacious, well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed. As others have said, also immaculately clean and tidy!Butch and Kathleen were very kind and responsive hosts! What wasn’t listed, reserved covered parking and an elevator! Perfect!

Absolutely the best spot to stay in Southport. The condo is within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything. We walked nearly everywhere we went. Restaurants are close by but far enough away that the area around the condo is quiet and peaceful. The view is gorgeous from a large spacious porch. Beds are super comfy, soft linens, and a nice well stocked kitchen. Butch is helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend!!

The view from the balcony never disappoints. It’s definitely in walking distance to all the great restaurants and most shopping. I loved walking out on the public access through the marshes. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials you would want. Butch was very responsive to my texts. All in all it’s the best overall vacation I like. Everyone is so friendly, great food, great shopping, quaint houses, and I get a big dose of nature.

Butch's(Robert) condo was perfect for us. We arrived by boat and had a slip in the marina. Easy walk across to the condo. The location is ideal. Walking distance to everything in Southport. Close to the restaurants and bars on the old yacht basin. The view from the covered porch of the marina and Cape Fear River is amazing. Butch was proactive and a great communicator. The condo is well stocked with essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

It's so nice when a place not only meets your expectations, but exceeds them! Everything was just as pictured, and on top of that the condo was very neat, clean, and so well stocked! We had everything we needed, including all the soaps you need, plenty of linens, including black wash cloths for makeup removal, and the towels were big and plush! Oh, and the toilet paper and paper towels were even good quality, which sounds like a small thing, but matters to me! And the view was wonderful, overlooking the marina and the marsh walk, which I love! And the porch overlooking it was so long and wide, with plenty of seating choices to sit and take it all in! We even got a birds eye view of some of the filming the the Netflix Series The Waterfront. Close proximity to everything! We just loved it, and definitely want to return! Also, communication with Butch was awesome!

Lovely condo, walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping! large porch with beautiful views overlooking marina. Condo was so clean and comfortable, nicely furnished! Hosts were very easy to work with and kept in touch. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Everything was great and was exactly as the listing stated. The condo was spacious and everything we needed was there except for a golf cart and a boat. lol The only real problem we had was the couple that was on the third floor above us, it almost felt like they were doing it intentionally Sometimes at 4:30 in the morning until midnight. You could hear every “stomping” footstep they took and their dog barking. With the exception of that, we had a great time! I don’t know if that couple lives there or if they were renting but we would not stay there again if we knew they were going to be there.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two-bedroom condo on the second floor. We enjoyed many hours on the rocking chairs on porch facing the water. Beautiful views! In addition, they location was perfect for exploring the town on the golf cart we rented. Fun shops, good food and live music were all found in Southport.
