Reviewer Comments: Lovely two bedroom unit, exceptionally clean and well provisioned, nice outdoor real patio, and so convenient to anything one wants to do in Key West. Host was very accommodating and communicative regarding anything we asked. Favorite spots: Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, Fort Zachary Taylor Beach, Truman Park, Fritta’s Cuban Burgers, Moondog Cafe, Frenchies Cafe, Higgs Beach.

Stayed Nov 22, 2025The location was amazing. I felt a little more care could be taken in the condo. There were quite a few bugs, back patio was a mess and just overall in need of interior repairs and deep cleaning.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Excellent location to walk downtown and yet quiet in our area. So restaurants and shops nearby. Location was clean and maintained nicely. Directions for arrival and departure clear. Host responded quickly to any questions. We bought beach chairs to go to fort Jefferson every day. We left them in the closet of the twin beds.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Location excellent…. Poor space planning in bedroom’s. So tight around bed and other furniture… bare minimum really!! Bed linens need to be replaced!! Back patio area needs some cover over the table area to keep leaves and bird droppings from falling on the table because it is constant. For this reason I did not enjoy the space! The outside furniture was very soiled from the droppings!!! I rarely give negative reviews but this one needs some love..

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Property was very comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. Will definitely visit again! Property was clean and very accommodating. One suggestion would be a small vanity area for dressing/ makeup. We stay in Truman Annex often and this is one thing that would be such a nice addition, it we rarely find.

Walking distance to most things which was great since parking is almost non existent anywhere in Key West.Condo itself was small but comfortable-plenty big for was excellent which was definitely needed. Beach towles were supplied and beds comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained. Would rent this property again.

Good location to pool and walking distance to Duvall and surrounding areas. Property manager was super helpful and very reachable. An overall perfect trip! If I had any complaint, it would be that the parking space is a little far away but when you eat and drink alot, the extra steps are good!
