Stayed Sep 25, 2025I loved everything from the beginning to the end. The owner communicated professionally, the unit was clean and we had everything we needed. When we return, we will choose this property and we have already shared the word. This was an amazing Anniversary trip that was well needed. Thank you for everything.

Stayed Sep 30, 2021Dolphin # 25 in South Padre Island TX was perfect! The owner Dennis was easy to communicate with and had the condo ready for us. The property was close to shopping, 2 minutes walking to the beach, clean, spacious, and very affordable. I plan on calling Dennis next time we head to South Padre Island.

Stayed Jan 28, 2026Everything in the condo worked as expected. Nice quiet location yet close to everything. Dennis was a particularly accommodating host and was easily available to help with our questions. He made an extra effort to let us know as soon as our condo was cleaned so we could get in earlier than expected.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Perfect location: grocery store, beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance!! This townhouse is huge and very well stocked. Pool area is nice with plenty of loungers. Lots of bang for your buck here! Way more than I expected for the price. Beautifully decorated with nice, comfy furniture. Definitely will look into staying here next time we’re near SPI.

Stayed May 20, 2025Very clean thanks to Jenny. Older unit, older furniture. No hair dryer. Beach towels and chairs would have been nice. A shelf of some sort in the showers would be helpful. Stairs are dangerous. Only one tv in one bedroom, and no remote so it did not work.It was a decent place, but nothing fancy. I appreciate a clean unit and it was! We enjoyed our stay.Parking can be a challenge because spots are not large enough for big trucks. Our neighbors regularly parked over the line into our spot.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Perfect place to stay for family of 6, ages 60-20. Walkable to beach, grocery store, and many bars and restaurants. Everyone could do what they wanted!

Stayed May 25, 2024Property was as listed. Across the street from beach access, on the same road as the small grocery store, and in a great location. Property was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!
