South Shore 3bd/Stunning Lake view, Mini-Golf, Pickle-ball, Tennis,& More

The place was clean. It had a very nice deck. We were only there for two nights so we were not able to use any of the facilities. One of the beds sunk in pretty bad. We used all three bedrooms and 3 baths. There were 5 adults and we all needed separate bedrooms and separate baths that is why I chose this place. The sunken bed was a big downfall. It is hard to get a good night sleep if you keep rolling to the center of the bed. One bathrooms is in need of an update . We did not use the second floor living area however if someone wanted to get away from the others it was a nice feature. The place was clean

Property was everything it was advertised to be. Would be our first choice of accommodations upon returning to the area. Only suggestion would be to install a keypad on the front door vs. using keyed entry.

Host was super responsive. Property had fun activities for my teenagers. Place was very clean. Great location!

Owner responded to all questions SUPER fast and & incredibly friendly. Property is gorgeous! Very close to great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!

Condo is very clean, spacious and amenities are great for families. Had one issue with the Direct TV on two of the TV’s. After texting host, help was immediately there to rectify the situation. Liked the location and that it is gated so we felt very safe. Would stay again!

Our thanksgiving holiday was made very special by the lovely, updated condo. The property was clean, as usual, and the view was spectacular. My family and I have frequented this property and always enjoy our stay. Hot Springs is a lovely town and we look forward to many more stays to make our family gatherings special. From booking to check out, everything was a breeze.

This was my first visit to Hot Springs. The condo unit was everything…my next trip..this will definitely be where I book. Awesome location..made for an awesome experience ❤️

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, plenty enough room for our family of 6. I was quite disappointed in how outdated the condo was. The floors and master bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. Both sets of living sofas were fairly modern and comfortable. But much of the decor and furnishings were extremely outdated. There was a trash compactor in the kitchen (no regular trash can), which ended up getting stuck closed toward the end of our stay. The pictures definitely did not reveal how outdated this condo actually was. The biggest inconvenience was that there was no ice maker in the freezer. This should be standard for a condo in 2023! We had to make ice with ice trays and there was no bin to dump them in, so we had to use a bowl. We enjoyed our stay overall because of the amenities in the complex (pools, basketball goal, mini golf), but this condo was definitely not worth the price.
