Prime Location! Spectacular views! The location of this ground level, end unit, makes it the perfect vacation retreat. It is situated in Phase 3 of the popular gated Mesquite Country Club. Our guests enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets and majestic mountain views!

This luxurious condo unit boasts a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and spacious en-suite, and the completely private guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom features its own adjacent bathroom.

This condo is immaculately maintained and partially decorated with Tommy Bahama style designer furnishings. Beautiful ceramic tile covers the floors throughout the main living areas with vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms. The southwest-facing patio not only offers amazing views, but privacy and tranquility due to its orientation and location within the complex.

The living room has a 42 inch flat screen HD TV, and in the master bedroom there is a 32 inch flat screen HD TV. Free enhanced cable is provided. High speed internet with WiFi is included, as well as free long distance telephone calls within the USA and Canada.

The pool (one of 3 in this phase), spa, and tennis/pickleball courts are just steps away from the front entrance. The bicycle/walking path is nearby and there is ample covered parking available in front of the unit. Central air conditioning, gas barbeque grill, and full-sized washer/dryer are provided for your convenience.

Mesquite Country Club is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs and minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. You will be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including fine dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, water park, and riding the aerial tramway. You will also be in close proximity to all amenities including the public library, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and more. The amusement parks of Los Angeles and the beaches of southern California are only a 2 hour drive away.

    This was our 2nd time staying at this place. We looked at others before booking, but decided to stay where we did last year as we felt so comfortable. Close proximity to airport and other areas as well walking path. Townhouse is exactly as pictured every thing you would need is there. Would definitely stay again.

    We booked this for our 88 year-old parents. And this was just after Dad had a fall. The owner worked with us so patiently to adjust the dates until after his recovery. Very gracious and caring. They also had personalized service by having a resident manager meeting my parents at the front gate and answering any questions regarding the unit. They could not carry luggage or groceries very far yet love to get in the Jacuzzi and go for a stroll on a stable flat surface. Well, this was the perfect place for them! Car to front door caring luggage and groceries was a breeze and no steps! Just yard away from one of the several pools and Jacuzzis in the community. Flat paved walking trails were right outside their back door. (Used to be the golf cart paths). The unit was clean and so convenient with the kitchen and living room to make it just like Home! The perfect place to relax. Sunshine every day and a siesta in the afternoon when it a tad bit too warm after the refreshing swim. Their favorite places nearby: Billy Reed’s restaurant, El Paseo for shopping, Joshua tree, art galleries. A snowbirds Paradise and a great place for seniors as well as families of all ages.
