The open concept floor plan (kitchen, dining and living area) connects directly to the balcony through walls and doors of floor to ceiling glass. The spectacular 9th floor view overlooks 2 pools, 2 tennis/pickleball courts before extending to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Nicely tiled floors, an updated powder room and abeverage bar with a wine fridge round out this level. You can enjoy a coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise over the Gulf.
Entrance into the main living area with the bedrooms upstairs. This brand new, spacious kitchen offers lots of storage, quartz countertops, new appliances, brushed nickel fixtures, and a separate beverage area. The living area has a 50” flat screen TV with a DVD player and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people.
Upstairs, you can sleep comfortably in either of the two very nice bedroom suites with beautiful views of Port Isabel, the causeway and the Laguna Madre coastline. The balcony off the bedrooms is again connected by floor to ceiling glass walls and doors and is perfect for having a cocktail while watching the sunset or a SpaceX launch.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The master ensuite has 2 sinks and a large walk-in shower. There is a 40” flat screen TV with a DVD player in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a 32” smart TV. There is also a spacious laundry room with stacked washer and dryer.
Outside the patio furniture is as follows: Downstairs – dining table with 6 padded chairs, 1 rocking chair and 2 lounge chairs. Upstairs – a high-top table with 3 matching chairs.
