We purchased this property in March 2022 and did an entire renovation which included adding a private bedroom!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This property is beautiful and conveniently located in the heart of rosemary beach. There are tons of restaurant options and things to do within walking distance! The pool is right next to the condo, and there are 2 tram stops next to the building. The tram service was great, and we never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for a ride. The condo its self is as advertised, however the parking situation left something to be desired. It is a first come first serve basis - the day of arrival it took us some time to find a parking spot. I would suggest once you get there leave your car where it is - this parking lot fills up quick! Overall, a good stay.

The unit is ideal for two people and was well stocked with dishes, and a deluxe coffee maker. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and communications.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024This was a fantastic property for our trip. The bike rentals were convenient, and the walk to the beach was short. I didn’t use the tram but I liked that it was an option. The pools were well-kept and calm, perfect for reading and relaxing. The property manager quickly responded to my questions, and the interior of the space is serene and fresh-looking!

The pool was very nice as well. The room was clean, cute and exactly as described. It was perfect for our weekend visit!
