**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the Goldilocks Zone all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a beautifully updated kitchen with custom cabinets and new countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There are also 3 spots at the counter for younger guests or quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
The inviting living area is comfortably furnished with newly updated furniture and features enough seating for 6 with 2 sofas and a comfy oversized chair. There is a flat-screen smart TV in the living room that you can use to sign in to your Hulu or Netflix accounts. The TV is also equipped with cable TV with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath has a tub/shower combo with separate vanity and the guest bath has a walk-in combo.

SLEEPING
F100 comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and the second bedroom has a Queen and an XL twin bed. There is also a twin air mattress in the condo for an additional sleeping arrangement.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building
-The parking space is just steps away from the elevator and condo entrance, making unloading the car a breeze.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib AND stroller are provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
