Host has been responsive to queries and requests. Instructions were clear upon check-in and check-out. Nice to have a free chair and umbrella at the beach. Perfect location if you want to swim every morning/afternoon, just few steps away. My husband and I had a good time, relaxing ocean breeze. Excellent getaway from northeast blizzards.

This property is literally on the beach. Very neat and clean room with additional beach amenities like beach chairs, towels, complementary beach umbrella and chairs on the beach. Gary is super responsive and the discounted parking of $3.25 per day, is awesome to get in that area. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Gary.

Great basic studio on a older building, the unit it self is small but with everything you need, nothing fancy, very close to everything, beach, park, restaurants, street looks very safe to walk anytime of the day, i will stay here again if i visit South beach on a budget

It was exactly as advertised. Studio. One room and its a small room with the kitchen counter, small eating area and day bed. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to work the bed to make the bottom come out, but it was clean and neat. Pool area was nice. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded to my questions quickly and clearly. Just remember its a small room.

You have to walk a min 5 min to parking. No onside parking. Door code was broken. This place has the most terrible smell in the hall.The room has heavy dust all over the stucco ceiling in the bedroom and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It has some weird day bed that you have to pull out and takes up most of the room. You have a window but you can almost reach the neighbouring buildings wall. No ocean veiw. You can barely tell what the weather is like outside unless you stick you head out the window. Very sketchy elevator. This building is very old and run down. I highly doubt you look somewhere else. Very disappointing.

I've been to Miami quite a few times and this place was perfect for my trip. Great location...the pool and beach access is such a luxury! The place is compact...good for a solo person or a couple. Communication was great throughout my stay. I came in around 1am and had no issues with the lockbox and getting the keys to the apt.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this studio apartment. It was clean, quaint and in a great location. We also appreciated the beach chairs.

Our stay at this Miami beach rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for an stress-free vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Miami beach getaway!

We had a great visit. The area around the property is really nice. The pool area is safe and the beach is very close. Loved walking down the path by the beach and nearby parks. We found a couple stores close by also and there are a lot of restaurants and bars really close.

We have stayed here around six times and we always have a wonderful trip. The hosts are responsive, the unit is clean and has everything you need. The card for chairs and umbrella saves you a lot of money. It’s very conveniently located right next to the beach. We will keep coming back at least annually.

Great location centralized in art deco district of south beach. Slight confusion of the parking situation but it got situated properly. Everything within walking distance and great close proximity to the beach. Really loved the ability to rent complimentary beach chairs and umbrella.

Took a quick 3 day staycation. Unit was located in a quiet area and was located near everything you needed. I highly recommend the LaPlaya market around the corner for hot Spanish food and some snacks or drinks. Reasonable and super friendly.

Great location - Great communication with owner.The room is small (which we knew) but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor negative point was the shower which in the morning didn’t have hot water… although seeing as Miami is so hot it wasn’t a major issue. Overall a great 2 night stay on South Beach. Honestly the location could not have been better

Stayed here with my husband 2 nights before our cruise and we loved it. It's super clean and decorated so cute with a beach theme. AC is cold, bed is comfy, shower is big with great water pressure and it's super quiet. It's on the top floor so no one stomping around above you and we never heard people on either side of us.The TV has lots of different channels to watch. The location is fantastic. Very short walk to the beach. Walk through the pool area, over a walking/bike trail and down the path to the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a huge plus. They set everything up for you with a little table and the guys are really nice. We did give them a few bucks tip after they set it up for us. Watch for the iguanas around the pool and outside the gate. Some are huge and others are smaller and bright green. So cool! I was the dork taking pictures of them lol There is a place to wash your feet and shoes at the pool too when you come back from the beach. Definitely want to use that before going back to the room. There is a small market down the street and around the corner that has just about everything you would need. Even duct tape that we needed to repair a suitcase. And they make great sandwiches. There's also a beautiful park just steps away with a playground. Yes, it is small but it was just fine for my husband and I. For the price and location, this place can't be beat. We've already booked it again for next year.

We booked the cozy Condo the second time. Everything is great, the Check-in and parking is easy, the Beach acess with the chairs and umbrella inluded is perfect for beach days! We highly recommend und will book again :)

We had a good stay despite some issues. The shower wasn't working and it didn't get resolved during our stay. I don't blame the owner of the unit because he had to deal with the building management and they apparently were not doing a good job, and poor communication with the owner and us.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical that the neighborhood would be rowdy and that it was going to be a dump because the price was so reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised to be wrong. You can hear people in the hallway well but there wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was fine. The room was small but our was all we needed

Older building, but clean and had everything we needed

Location is excellent. Was a very, very small room, it did the job. Shower was good. Would have been nice to have creamer for coffee. Could use some updates. Bed was ok, took up entire room when pulled out.

We stayed 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect place to wind down and relax. The beach was so close and loved having the chairs and umbrella provided. Very good communication for my many questions. Everything was clean. Great location.

Located near everything you would want: beach out the back door, good restaurants within blocks, CVS and Wallgreens couple blocks away, beach walkway up and down beach nice with biking allowed, beach lounges and umbrellas nicely managed.Studio apt. took a little time to get used to but after one day we were good. Apt. had all necessities and was clean. Wi-fi worked well, cable TV stations plentiful.Visitor parking available with owner visitor permit.

The condo was just as pictured. Perfect studio for me and my wife for a few days after our cruise. Location was amazing. Beach was beautiful and right by lots to do. It's definitely a small space, but had everything we needed. Bed was easy to pull out to make it a king.

Very well localed in South beach. It’s a studio therefore not very big, but clean and everything needed is there. On the beach, and chairs and unbrella are Free. Linens and towels are new and good quality. Exchanges with Gary were easy and fast, and he was very helpful. Only thing we would have liked was a balcony, other than that it’s perfection for a short stay before a Cruise.

For an economical stay this place is great. Great location by the beach, walk to restaurants. I would love nicer bedding and towels, but everything was functional and clean. The free pass for beach chairs and umbrellas was a bonus. A second set of keys would be good, we found it a bit annoying to only have one set. But overall it was a good stay and the price was excellent.

Nice clean little studio condo with direct access to the beach, right on the ocean facing blvd for Miami Beach for easy access to all of the great restaurants and shops. Very reasonably priced and convenient.

They need some heavy renovations to the property before this could be considered worth the price. The walk up to the room smelled awful and it made its way into the room as well. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the place was even smaller than it looked in the photos. You could also hear all of the neighbors yelling at each other through the night, and you needed to provide your own supplies. If you plan to never stay in the room and only want a home base while you’re out seeing the sights it might work for a few days but I personally don’t recommend staying here until some updates are made.

This studio is in the most beautiful area of Miami Beach. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of all of the must see locations.WARNING: it is a studio as advertised it is very small and if you plan on spending most of your vacation in your quarters this would not be the place for you.Saying that, if you’re like and spend most of your time away and just need a place to rest your eyes, this is fantastic value.

It was a well thought out studio apartment with great touches in the beach decor and a great use of a small space, especially the kitchen appliances. Our hosts were very attentive.

We highly enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and LOVED the location. We walk a lot while on vacation, and location is very important. So you will not be disappointed. The hosts are incredibly accommodating as well. They have everything you need in a room and a little mini fridge. The only feedback I'd give is to offer extra pillows and a more oversized comforter or extra throw blanket.. my husband's a blanket hog, and I'm a pillow hog. Lol We will definitely be uaing yall for our next trip to Miami. Thank you!

This is our second time staying at this location. It is very affordable, considering it has such quick access to the beach. The pool is nice and the outside areas are clean and safe. A close walk to many amenities and good restaurants. The internet wasn't working during our stay, which was just a minor inconvenience. But the owners were quick to reply when it was reported. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

The property was in a nice area with easy access to the beach and walking access to all sorts of food. I was able to park my car with no issues and the hosts were very communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Checking in via lockbox was great, everything was well described and easy to find. The apartment was on the third floor in the back and very quiet at night, no neighbors directly next door to be heard. Parking as a visitor using the residents' permit went online and worked great. The highlight was the direct access to the beautiful beach and the free beach loungers. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, our stay was very good. The room is pretty much exactly as advertised not a whole lot of space but definitely just what we needed for our four nights in South Beach. The location is very good. The proximity to the beach is excellent along with the free pass for two chairs and an umbrella on the beach every day. A couple of things to add—the room could use maybe a couple more hooks to hang things on and the door to get into the studio could use a refresh on the locks. It appeared to us that only the deadbolt was the only way to lock the door. One night the elevator was not working. Wasn’t a big deal to take the steps to the third floor. The room amenities are above average and well thought of. The owners were very responsive and kind to give us a partial discount due to the recent hurricane affecting our travel from NY.

We stayed two nights before going on our cruise to the Bahamas. We enjoyed south beach in Miami. The gelato we had was delicious. Bayside Marketplace was cool to see. Fun thriller boat from @ Bayside . Good places to eat as well there.

Everything was great except the lift does not work from time to time and being on the 3rd floor can be problematic for some. Do not eat at Montana’s, they rip visitors off on the bill. BIG NO NO for Montanas.

I didn’t know I was signing up to be an exterminator when I booked this stay! I killed at least 30 or so bugs one morning and within the span of 20 minutes the ENTIRE window was covered with flies! Quick walk down to the local Walgreens to get some raid to solve the problem (it did).The elevator in the building was in and out of commission (& a bit outdated) so be prepared to take the stairs. OVERALL great little apartment and you simply cannot beat the location. A few steps from the beach and many local restaurants. Loved that the owners included 2 lawn chairs + coolers as well as beach towels. & the beach loungers and umbrella rental on the beach FOR FREE provided by the owners was such a perfect amenity. Great location, great price, great hosts, good property…would visit again!
