The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony, as well as an en suite bathroom featuring a standing shower, large soaking tub, and dual vanities. The second bedroom includes one queen and 1 full size bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Ceiling fans are provided in every bedroom and in the living room for added comfort.     Went for a quick family weekend. The place looks better than the pictures. Only one thing we wish was different was more one key or a keyless entry. Having 5 adults with one key was a little hard but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

    We stayed at this property from July 4th, 2024, to July 7th. Upon arrival, we noticed blood stains on the beds. Not wanting to be picky, we decided to manage. However, at night, we couldn't sleep due to bed bugs and mosquitoes. In the morning, we reached out to the rental company, and a gentleman was sent over to inspect. Within a few seconds, he concluded that the bites and blood stains were due to mosquitoes only. We tried to book another location, but being a large party, we couldn't find another property. By the end of the day, my wife's skin was red all over, and my youngest daughter fell ill. Besides the bed bugs, the closet doors were falling apart. We brought this to the rental office's attention and were told they were already aware and we didn't need to worry about liability. If you are aware, why not fix it? Behind the entrance door, tape was placed over a hole to prevent little creatures from crawling inside. Why not use cement or nail a piece of wood instead of tape? Outside the building, people were urinating on the stairs and near the elevators. There are just too many things to list. I have enough pictures and videos.

    We've stayed at Brass Rail multiple times over the last 1-12 years, and even this same condo a few times - always very clean and comfortable, with nice appliances and furnishings. Great location to walk to the beach or nearly every restaurant and shop.

    We loved this condo! There were 7 of us (4 teenagers) Loved how close to the beach and shops it was. The condo was clean and the elevator was great! Loved having the pool to cool off in( just wish it were open later than 8!) would definitely stay again!

    Stayed many times at Brass Rail Villas; first time in this particular condo there. Very clean and comfortable, with a very well appointed kitchen and nice patio overlooking the pool.

    The gate we were directed to was blocked and said use the other gate. We did not know where the other gate was since it wasn't listed in any of our paperwork. Trying to drive and find the other gate we were blocked for 1 hour by other people looking for a place to park. Everything else was great.

    The unit itself is fantastic. Very nice, as described, and close to the water. Does not have an ocean view but overlooks the pool. Tybee itself has decent beaches but feels busy and commercial. Lots of t-shirt and souvenir shops mixed in with motels.

    This was our second time staying at a Brass Rails condo on Tybee island and it was even more pleasant than the first time. My whole family enjoyed our trip and where we stayed. I definitely recommend this location it's close to the beach and a ton of shops and restaurants it's a pretty ideal location.

    Brass Rail condominiums are our favorites place to stay! It's convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the pier. There is also a pool and hot tub on site! This is the first time we stayed in this unit. It had a great view of the pool! The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
