We hsve stayed at Northcoast village msny times, this unit is our favorite so far. It was well equipped and the location was perfect. Definitely going to book anither stay in tbis unit.

This rental property was perfect for our visit with our Marine! The view is amazing! One side is the ocean with surfers riding the waves and beautiful flowers/plants that have little hummingbirds flying all around. The other side is stunning botanical gardens with water flowing through. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The parking garage is right outside the back door. They communicated regularly and even checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this rental!

This has been the most wonderful spot at North Coast Village! We love staying here so much. It was clean, comfortable, updated and the perfect location. Our boys had so much fun playing outside in the grass, while we looked at the ocean waves!! Beautiful!

Loved it was one floor. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We had a great time.

Loved everything about this place! Location was perfect for our family to come to and from the beach and walk to the harbor and the market. Beds and couches were comfy, kitchen was great, wish it had salad tongs and a griddle otherwise had everything we needed.

Condo was very clean with great access to the beach and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time over Christmas staying in this condo and taking advantage of all the resort amenities! The ground floor is so convenient and we walked to the Harbor a lot, the Pier, rode bikes, swam in the pool, soaked in the spa, played pool, and the unit was very comfortable to hang out in as well. Comfortable living room furniture, comfy master bed, well appointed Kitchen…. We cooked in and ate out. Loved the whole experience!! Thank you for giving us a great memory!!

Our family decided to do a last minute weekend get away and we could not have been more lucky to find North Coast Village. It had everything we could have possibly needed to enjoy a quick weekend trip. The condo was amazing. It had all the comforts of home and more. We wil definitely be back!

No AC but wonderful cool temp with windows open creating a nice breeze. Unfortunately there was a massive construction project on the beach making our view that of tractors and construction equipment but even worse at 7am sharp exceedingly loud construction began immediately outside our condo making it impossible to sleep in even one day of vacation. The large diesel that metal pipes were being loaded onto with tractors was done immediately outside our bedroom window bright and early daily. The noise was awful and it was too hot when the windows were closed. Had we been aware of the ongoing construction would’ve stayed elsewhere; however without that downside we would definitely stay in this condo again.

Lots of kitchen supplies, and the beach chairs and towels were and absolute bonus. We enjoyed lighting the fireplace and the lantern lamps at night while listening to the waterfall at the front door and the ocean at the back door. We will be back!
