Overall this was a great location and a really nice place to stay. The views are amazing and the accomodations are cozy. The exterior of the complex could use a good clean (cobwebs and windows) but that is likely on the HOA and not the owner of the unit. Highly recommend. Was a great place for our family trip.

What a perfect place! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, comfortable beds and bedding, super clean, pleasant to work with owners, and convenient to everything! Great views of Lake Hamilton to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a bowl of ice cream before bed. 10 out of 10! We will definitely book again!

This place was beautiful and we had a great time. We had issues at check-in with the door code not working and that took almost 30 min from arrival time to entry to figure out with the host. After that we had no issues and felt so comfortable and relaxed.

Perfect condo for a special week away with my family. Very clean and well maintained property. I loved all the cooking utilities in the kitchen! Very special place and will be back in the future!

This was our first time visiting Hot Springs and our stay at The Oar was terrific. The layout of the condo is fantastic and the kitchen is the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered. The furnishings and furniture are all great quality. And of course the view is STUNNING! The condo can get a little warm (74) in the late afternoon as the sun sets but if you close the shades in the dining room and master bedroom, and keep the fans on, that helps a lot. The pool was always clean and surrounding area around the pool was beautiful. The onsite maintenance man was very kind and helpful with ideas of things to do. The gated community and parking is very safe and secure. The hosts are very easy to get a hold of. They have truly made the space so warm and inviting. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.

This condo is beautiful. The location is great and minutes away from everything. The property is well maintained and quiet. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset and watch the boats on the lake!!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to access. We had some lightening storms and the views over the lake were impressive. The condo has easy access to the pool and during our stay it seemed to never be crowded. The only thing that some might be concerned about is you can hear the road noise, but we really didn't mind it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was gated, high security felt very safe. The Condo was very comfortable accommodating. The views were spectacular. I will be back for sure.

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo for a weekend getaway to Hot Springs for the races at Oaklawn. It is such a wonderfully appointed condo, with comfy furniture (the swivel chairs in the living room were a hit!), beautiful decor, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the whole unit was a great size for our party of 4. Nikki was wonderful and provided great info and easy check-in! We will certainly book again for return visits to Hot Springs!
