Very nice place close to the beach perfect view property wasn’t far from the stores, only small issues in this condo was the washer and dryer was not working had to keep getting a key to a different condo just to use the washer and dryer as well as not having no water due to pumps being backed up had to remind the front desk to keep checking it other than that would definitely come back but get a different condo

We’ve never stayed at the Sky before. The property was well maintained and clean. The pools were sparkling and clean as well. Unfortunately I think this unit wasn’t for us. The lights in the kitchen were so dark, even with the blinds wide open. It made it difficult to prepare anything. Most of the doors squeaked and needed to have the bottoms shaved to clear the floor. Sadly the sliding door in the primary bedroom didn’t seal properly and when the wind blew it sounded like a freight train coming. The shower handles were extremely difficult to pull to start the water. The water smelt of sulfur for the last 3 days of our trip. I know Puerto Penasco has water issues. The unit was stocked w beach chairs and cleaning supplies which was a plus for us. In addition there was nothing to explain how to navigate the tv’s. The unit served our purpose but probably won’t return.

It was very accurate to the listing and in great condition. The only thing I would point out is that the wine bottle cooler wasn't working nor were there any wine or champagne glasses available. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel with private parking. 24/7 security on site. Super clean inside and out. Not a far drive from the markets and shops. Definitely would recommend this hotel over the expensive options further down the beach.

Our condo was beautiful, the view is always amazing. Casiago was quick to reply when we had any questions. We enjoyed our vacation at Rocky point and we will be back for sure.

Pictures on the site don’t do the unit justice. Very large, spacious, light and beautiful location. Would rent over and over. We did not have hot water, but when it’s 110 out you don’t mind a cold shower…

Condo was everything we needed. It was clean and everything provided for our stay was there. We live three hours away and will for sure book this several times a year. Thank you for making us feel at home the minute we opened the door.

Enjoyed the location & room. Great pools and ease of beach access.

The guests upstairs were really load very late into the night. We had to go to security 2 times. The management said we broke some glass in the condo but we did not. They charged us $35 for it.
