Stayed Sep 30, 2024We didn't stay at the Sonora Sea, because their pools were unavailable because of maintenance work being done. It would have been nice if that information was provided in the listing. Luckily, I called to ask some questions regarding the amenities, and was informed about the pool situation. I was also offered to either get full refund, or to move my reservation to Sonora Sun, which we did.

Stayed May 18, 2024I’ll give the resort 4.5 stars. The food was so-so but the resort was kept very clean, and had amazing amenities. The room was also very good. We found a small piece of broken glass on the floor, which is concerning since we have a 6 month old baby crawling around. We also had to provide our own garbage bags and paper towels; minor inconvenience. Biggest issue was the WiFi didn’t work. We spoke to front desk twice but no one ever showed up to repair it. Our stay was 5 nights so that was a bummer. Other than those cons, we loved every part of our vacation and the resort. It was clean, fun and safe. And we will definitely be staying there again!

Stayed May 16, 2024Updated rooms, good value. Wifi was working but I didnt call them to fix it. Beach was to beautiful.
