Located on the 4thfloor of the tower, our vacation home is the perfect choice for a family or small group. Our living, dining, and kitchen spaces are open and filled with light from the large resort-front windows. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private balcony, while the guest room has two full beds with world-class triple sheeting. Our luxurious bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower and double sinks. Our private balconies have a great pool view and 15-acre tropical grounds. A short 60-second walk will have you relaxing on the sandy beach and enjoying your vacation.

Solare Tower is a high-rise condominium complex on South Padre Island, Texas. It overlooks a sprawling 15-acre beachfront resort. The complex boasts value-added amenities and winding paths between lush lawns. Its fun outdoor spaces include a playground, pools, hot tubs, and shallow kiddie bays. You'll also love the beachfront sundeck and tennis courts.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

    We loved our stay and would come again. A new addition at the facility, that we didn't see in the pictures, was a splash-pad/pool kid area. Our 2 year old loved having what he called my size pool. I think it was so new most people didn't know about it, because we often had the space all to ourselves.

    Beautiful condo & grounds. Love the boardwalk with cushioned sofas, chairs and umbrellas. Remarks: Gave us only 3 bath towels--please.. at least leave 4. I know I could ask for more...don't want the hassle. Door sticks and hard to open. Also, stopping at the office after a long drive was such a pain. This is 2025, not 1990.

    The place was exactly as pictured. Great view enjoyed both balconies. The only thing I was not a big fan of was having to go exchange towels at the office site. Other than that minor inconvenience everything was great.

    This property was even better than expected. Definitely clean both inside the condo and the common areas. Easy to understand directions of what to do for checkout and linen exchange. The only suggestion I have is buy toilet paper at Walmart and NEVER Island Market. Also, pack your own beach towels! Check the place for any cooking needs as well because there was nothing there for us in the way of spices. Everything else was great!

    A quick weekend stay at the beach! The place is exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean and very well maintained. The first night the shower was room temperature and after long travel I longed for a hot shower. I notified the property maintenance the next day and it was fixed. The master bedroom is warm but there were two fans in the second bedroom which was awesome. I have no complaints and would book again!
