Stayed Feb 11, 2026The host was great, but the amenities were somewhat lacking. When we entered, the place was very musty smelling with several dead roaches on the floor! Looked as if nobody had been there for quite a while!

Stayed Jun 17, 2025We loved the location of the Pointe West complex. The house unit is really close to the second boardwalk of the property. It was not crowded at all, so it was a nice peaceful getaway. We enjoyed the pools- the one at the beach club is great and has bar/ food service. The lazy river pool down the road was nice to have a second option. The Sol Searching condo was wonderful! Beds slept really well. The living room was perfect for our family of 5. We spent most of our time out on the patio- it was spacious, had a great view of the ocean over the dunes, and the weather/ wind was perfect. The kitchen was just right since we brought premade meals. Washer dryer combo worked well. Everyone was very friendly and the whole complex was well kept. We also had a great time walking our dog around at night. We had a wonderful time and it was perfect for our family pup.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022Location was great, private beach feel, easy walk to beach over the dune walk, and condo was clean and very well appointed (a mixing bowl or other large bowl would have been nice, but otherwise kitchen had all that you might need to cook for a family). The Beach Club and other amenities were also clean and very nice, but do know that all of these amenities listed are EXTRA $. $15 a guest to use amenities (good for the duration of your stay). Game room at the beach club is great, but be prepared to pay for everything you rent, every time you want to rent it (i.e. ping pong paddles, pool cues, etc...). Also, very little shade at the Beach Club, it gets hot but the water was consistantly cool ? Make sure you bring all the food, etc... you might want as you are 30 min from town with only 1 store 10 min from the resort and every item there costs twice as much as it would in town. Definitely would stay again !
