Stayed Apr 21, 2025A Peaceful Gem Right Off I-35 This condo was the perfect home base for my time in Austin. The location is conveniently close to downtown & right off I-35 making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Yet, the property itself feels like a peaceful retreat. As soon as I pulled in, I could feel how tranquil and quiet the community is.The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. There’s also a lovely pool, and the neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. My dog especially enjoyed walking around the property—it’s very pet-friendly!Mark, the host, was fantastic—super responsive and friendly, with great communication throughout my stay.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-located home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024I came to Austin for a 3 month clinical. This cute place in South Austin was the perfect spot for me. Mark was an amazing host! Thanks Mark for letting me call this my home for a few months!
