Snowlake C19 is ideal for group ski trips, family vacations, or mountain getaways with friends. Located in the desirable Snowlake Condominiums on Sugar Mountain, this spacious three-level townhome comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and offers the convenience of walking access to ski slopes, tubing, and ice skating in winter, as well as golf and tennis in summer—all just a short drive from downtown Banner Elk.

Inside, the main floor features a large, open-concept living, kitchen,and dining area designed for gathering. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy board games around the big coffee table, electric fireplace, or share meals at the oversized dining table. The upper deck off the living room includes seating and tables, perfect for taking in views of the pond and nearby mountains.

Please note: there is no bathroom on the main level; all bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs or downstairs.

The layout includes four private bedrooms across two levels:
Upper Primary: King bed with en suite full bathroom
Upper Secondary: Queen bed + Twin bed with access to hallway full bathroom
Lower Primary: King bed + Twin bed with en suite full bathroom and private deck access
Lower Secondary: Queen + Twin Bunk bed with en suite full bathroom

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs in every bedroom and the living room, washer and dryer, and a large collection of board games. Bed and bath linens are provided for your stay.

Guests have access to two parking spaces (strictly enforced), with overflow parking available upon request. The unit is three levels, so stairs are required to access all bedrooms. Air conditioning and heat are available. No pets. No grills are allowed per HOA rules.
