Stayed May 10, 2025This unit is nicely furnished and comfortable. We had everything necessary for a good stay. There is one set of stairs up to the 3rd bedroom and half bath which was not a problem for younger guests but might be for older guests. The unit was conveniently located near the pool and beach access and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We had a great stay in New Smyrna Beach,

Stayed Feb 5, 2023We stayed here while my husband went on a missions trip to Haiti. It was a great location, not busy, relaxing and calm area. Lots of qalks on the beach, great veiws from the 3rd floor balcony, great heated pool and friendly atmosphere.
