* A key will be provided upon check-in

* Must provide a VALID ID and must match to the airbnb account/profile

* A security deposit of $250 refundable is required. Bring a valid credit card.

* Parking permit will be provided upon check-in.
Other things to note
* We do not allow parties, gatherings, or events at apartment/condo. No additional guests besides those listed in the reservation are allowed as day or overnight guests.

* WiFi info will be provided upon check-in

* NO pets and smoking are allowed

* The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place NON-toilet products in the bin provided in the bathroom.

* Starter paper products are provided. If you need more, grocery store is just a drive away.

* Please be sure all water, lights, and stove are turn off when not in use

* Upon check-out, please return the key to the front desk.

* A $250 security deposit will be required upon check-in which is refundable provided NO damages was done to the property. Be sure to bring a valid credit card.
