Everything was Amazing!!

We Loved our time spent there. The condo was really nice!! We just loved the Christmas tree! We plan on coming back and this place is definitely our go to place to stay. P.S. The beds are awesome, best night sleep.

It’s a nice condo with a pool

I loved the holiday decor. I didn’t like the blow dryer was burnt and could not use and we had to change the battery in the smoke detector to keep it from chirping.

I works like to thank you for letting stay in your condo, it was more than we expected. Great location, easy access to everything. Condo has everything we needed. It was great to be able to do laundry while we were there. I would just like to say that the hair dryer should be replaced, it was already melted in a couple spots and could be a fire hazard. Thank you again,we will be booking again when we come back. Recommending to friends that are visiting pigeon forge.

The accommodations exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised at arrival because we have experienced deceiving pictures & photos in the past but this property was very nice and very clean. Now that we have found a place that is comfortable, we would definitely stay here again while visiting local family in the area. The property was close and convenient for all of our needs.

Need more handicap parking spots. Everytime i returned i might be lucky enough to get one.

Location and price was great. The location was clean and safe

There was some issues with the tv remote.. but we stayed pretty busy so it wasn’t that big of a deal.. over all it was a very nice place to stay, and we would stay at this property again.

The condo was very clean, spacious, and good location. Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was stocked well. The only thing I wished it had was a good Mountain View from the balcony. Also, the outdoor pool was roped off and we were unable to use it the 4 nights that we were there. We did get to enjoy the indoor pool.

Probably the best located place we have stayed in our many years of travel to Pigeon Forge! My kids were even excited about how quickly we could be places! They also loved the pool. I’m happy we were able to stay at this property and I give it 5 stars without hesitation!

Nice location. Liked having two bedrooms and two baths. Hoped for a view but it was obstructed by a tree. Not the the of the world though.

Our first trip to the area and this condo, in the middle of all the traffic and people who descend upon the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, was so peaceful and quiet. Great location walking distance to stuff and easy to get in and out. Clean and neat. The walls had plenty insulation so you weren’t hearing the neighbors. There is no water or Mountain View’s, but we drove to Newfound Gap and Kuhowi in The state park for those. There are the indoor and outdoor pools onsite. We loved it and plan to book it next time. Ps, you’re only 30 minutes from baseball with the Knoxville Smokies.

Our host was very responsive and the unit was very clean and convenient to all things to do in Pigeon Forge.

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable! I kept saying I think I could live here. Everything was very nice and clean and the condo had everything you needed. Great location, very quiet, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge but you wouldn't know it. Definitely will be staying again.

The host was so great to work with. We love the location and how quiet it was. We had plenty of space for a family of 4 and the Christmas decorations made us feel right at home.

Perfect place for our family!

Laundry was super easy to figure out. Air/heat we didn’t really need, it stayed pretty level in the home without it.

We had a great time. We came down during the slammenuff craziness, but where we were located, we didn't hear the noisy cars. After the cars left, the rest of the stay was a breeze! I would recommend this place! We will definitely be using this place in our future visits!

We loved this condo, it was super nice and spot on the vrbo description. We loved having 2 beds, 2 baths, full living, dining room, kitchen and washer and dryer. It really seemed like home away from home. The location was excellent, right off the parkway & close to everything yet far enough away that you didn't hear any traffic. They had nice indoor (heated) & outdoor pools. We will stay again.

The unit had everything we needed and was close to the main strip of Pigeon. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The condo was very nice and clean. If I could give more stars than 5 for communication I would. My son-in-law forgot something in the condo. I messaged the host (after checkout) and he contacted me within minutes so sil could retrieve his things.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Close proximity to everything you could want or need in Pigeon Forge. The property was exceptionally clean and Ryan was an awesome host to work with. The property had 2 wonderful pools that we visited everyday of our stay. We will be recommending to anyone looking for a getaway!

Our family loved our stay at Ryan’s condo in Pigeon Forge. The location was very convenient for every activity that we had planned and we especially loved the pools on-site. We had one maintenance issue that Ryan helped us resolve quickly. Overall we had a great stay!

It was amazing, so clean, and great for having little ones

We rented Ryan’s beautiful condo for the month of May. Wanted a two bedroom where our children and family could take turns coming up to visit. This condo worked out perfectly. Great having two bathrooms. Ryan always responded to our questions. It had everything we needed to make a lot of meals. The weather didn’t cooperate where we could use the pools but they looked nice. It was very quiet in condo. The elevator was wonderful. Also the carts are so handy bringing stuff from car and then when packing to go home. Had three great tvs. Great location also. Thank you Ryan.

Was a great place reasonable pricing great location

We enjoyed our recent stay in this condo. It is very conveniently located to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! My kids enjoyed the playground, basketball court, and pool! The condo had everything you’d need stocked in the kitchen. We’d definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend as a get away birthday celebration.

A mostly very quiet and very clean place. AC and WiFi are great. Big tvs in every room, comfy couches, kitchen with utensils. I was grateful for the carts provided to get our luggage upstairs. The jetted tub was great after a night at Dollywood.

The space, the view, the convenience, it’s all here. Everything was clean and working. The decor was very tasteful and well done. Nice view of the sunrise from our particular balcony. The community was quiet even though just up the hill from the main road where you could find anything you need. I hope we have the chance to stay again.

The location was perfect, the place was as described, and the host was wonderful and accommodating. I couldn’t find anything to complain about if I tried. Great time and can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed in Pigeon Forge to attend the National Quartet Convention. It was an ideal location not far from the concerts. Quiet and convenient to lots of activities. Would stay here again.
