Stayed Jun 17, 2026First time staying here, was very impressed with the entire experience. Needed to make a change in our arrival date, lady was very accommodating and just as sweet as she could be. The condo was wonderful, great view, quiet atmosphere, everything we needed was there. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but they were definitely paying attention to maintenance and care, and lots of people were having fun there. Location was nice, and access was easy. The free tickets to shows was an unexpected plus and they had many many options to shows, dollywood, etc. Will definitely contact them again for future trips.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025There were no linens for sofa sleeper, had to go buy sheets and blanket. The mattress on the sofa is also very thin! The Floors were very very dirty . Our socks got very dirty walking on the floors, the floors looked like they had been swept but not mopped. The soap holder in master shower is very loose also the toilet paper holder. I didn’t feel it was necessary to call for maintenance and disrupt our plans but I feel that if you pay a cleaning fee the room should be clean!! The location is great we have stayed at Mt View Condo’s in the past. Very nicely decorated! Would stay there again but I think the owner should be notified about the issues.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We were disappointed in the cleaniness of the place. Bugs, and cobwebs everywhere. Dishwasher didn't work. Cabinets had bugs too. I would like to see a bit of a refund based on the cleaning, it hadn't happened for several weeks. Nobody had been there
