A Pearl by the Sea is perfectly named. What a gem of a property! This spacious home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful ocean-front view, well-appointed bedrooms/baths, a kitchen that is a fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The decks and walkways to the beach are well designed for easy access. The volleyball court and putt putt are so much fun! Add in Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards sitting in the outside cubbies, kid toys, and crib, what else do you need for a wonderful vacay!!?? This owner (Susan) thought of every detail to make guests feel like they’re not home away from home. She was incredible at communicating throughout the rental process. We will definitely be renting this property again.

The Pearl will not disappoint! The location is perfect-oceanfront, beautiful yard, close to amenities. It has the best well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Our family loved the decor, the large kitchen table for meals and puzzles, the elevator for hauling up suitcases/groceries, and the kid toys and games. Wonderful!

We’ve stayed at many houses on Topsail and this was the best. It is hard to find an ocean front house that takes dogs and has an elevator , but this one has it all. The house is stocked with beach gear, nice kitchen equipment, bath and beach towels, fans, sheets, ice machine and extra fridge. It’s in a good location in the center of the island. It has an elevator and is dog friendly. The kids loved the volleyball court and mini golf course. Lots of yard space for the pups. There’s also a community pool.Susan was great-very communicative and conscientious. This is an A house!

Nice home with great and easy beach access.

We had an amazing stay at the Pearl. It was a very last minute booking (other host canceled last minute, putting us in quite a predicament) and Susan was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The kids absolutely loved the amenities, including volleyball court, pool, etc. My family loves to cook, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. They’ve thought of everything. The owners were amazing to deal with, and I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

The Pearl has it all - privacy, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, and most of all close proximity to the most wonderful stretch of private beach area. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to gather at meal time or scatter for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked for the days when you want to bbq or cook in. And everyone enjoyed their most comfortable beds. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the porch and simply watch the ocean waves, sunrise/sunset, feel the breeze and breathe in the fresh air, so relaxing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. And you'll not find a better owner than Bob and Susan Frank. They both went over and above to make our adult autistic son at home so that he could enjoy his time away. In fact, he stated that he always wants to vacation in one of Ms. Susan's homes! Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home with us, we are very grateful!!

There is no downside to this property. The property owners are attentive and helpful. The house is beautifully furnished. The best part is the wide front porch off of the kitchen living area where we spent many hours enjoying the view and letting the little ones play. We hope to return next year!

Our family had a great time (except for Hurricane Debbie) staying at the Pearl. Susan is easy to communicate with and helped with all our needs prior to our visit and during the visit. Read the reviews before going because the house has so much to offer! If you are tight on space, leave your chairs at home and use the Tommy Bahama chairs that are at the house! There is a second fridge and an ice machine!! So helpful if you are like us and make all your meals for the week.

This house was so fabulous that I don’t know where to start. The home owners clearly take a lot of pride in this property. It is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped (we like to cook) and even has an ice machine. There’s so much attention to detail - from beachy wall sconces and murals in the ceramic floor tile to a dolphin shaped handle on the foot wash station. Super convenient walkway straight onto the beach plus gorgeous balconies to sit and sip wine and enjoy the ocean from (the gate on the deck was crucial in keeping the grandkids contained!) Definitely recommend this wonderful house!!
