Stayed Feb 1, 2025This is an adorable newly remodeled unit. The unit is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Laundry is located across the driveway. Walking distance to everything. Loved the nearby Art Fairs, Live Music by the fountain, Daily walks around the fountain. Fountain Hills is a dark sky city..gorgeous nites. This unit offers beautiful views of a saguaro with many animals, birds etc.Owner is wonderful to work with!

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Overall it was perfect for just me and my dog. The floors were very dirty I did have to scrub floors but after that it was good.. The microwave is not put in well ( moves around when opened). The electrical to dishwasher and disposal are wired wrong. (Can’t use at same time so unplugged disposal . Loved sitting out back in morning sun..Overall it was a good stay!

Stayed Mar 8, 2024The condo is located within walking distance of the fountain lake and many restaurants and stores. It sits on the back side of the complex, so it has privacy and views of the arroyo. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is comfortable. The complex is very quiet. Nice place to stay.

Stayed Mar 7, 2023The property has good privacy and and is only 3 blocks from the lake. Nicely remodeled, comfortable bed. Hide-a-bed sofa is great for sleeping but uncomfortable to sit on. Neighbors are friendly.

Stayed May 31, 2021I was extremely spoiled indulging in everything brand new in this condo. Wonderful daylight tube lighting in the living room and bathroom were perfect. Many special effects with lighting throughout and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom are great too! Awesome fluffy bath towels! Beach towels for the pool which was in the courtyard just beyond the patio but this unit has it's own privacy and 2 seperate sliding glass door locations to get sunrise and sunset. The neighborhood was friendly and outgoing and I Loved being able to walk to the fountain area and scenic overlook trail. This condo was perfect for what was needed and I really wasn't there much; however, it would have been a great place to stay longer!! I hope future renters take good care of this one to keep the brand new looking new for others! It's special.
