When you check out of the apartment, close all windows and lock doors.
Please be reasonably quiet and discreet, especially at night. Any complaints from neighbors about loud behavior during quiet hours will result in being asked to vacate the flat immediately.

No smoking anywhere in the building.

No trailers etc. in the parking lot.
No additional guests or visitors on the premises other than those who have booked.
