Stayed Feb 14, 2026Overall, our group enjoyed our stay at this condo for our February break. The ski-in/ski-out location made getting on and off the mountain very easy, and it is within a 5-10 minute walk of the town which we ventured into every day for shopping and dining.That being said, this condo is listed as a 4 bedroom, which it is not. There are 3 very tight bedrooms plus a loft off of the common living area with twin beds, accessible only by a ladder and uncomfortably hot no matter what the heat was set to. While the condo was clean and well maintained, it is pretty dated - particularly the guest bathroom. The hot tub and laundry are not in the unit, but are in shared spaces and are also very outdated. Lastly, it should be noted that this unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk up building. Typically not a big deal, but for people not accustomed to the altitude, it could be a big challenge. The bottom line - for the premium price we were paying for this unit (for that particular week) we expected more.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025Close to lift and downtown Breckenridge, good value. Does have nice public hot tub on-site. Only negatives were pool is not on-site and actually turned out to be closed during our stay - didn't know that ahead of time. And, unit is on 3rd floor with access only via stairs. Be prepared for this when carrying all your luggage, etc.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024This house was a great fit for our family of 9 - mom, kids and spouses, and 4 grandkids. It is located a very short walk from the Snowflake Chair. The kitchen was very well supplied with pots and pans big enough to cook for 9. That is not always the case. There were a variety of games for all ages which kept us up late playing family games. The kids loved sleeping in the loft . The host kept in touch to make certain we had evervthing we needed. The only drawback was no elevator but the two flights up were not too bad. (We kept our skis in our cars so we didnot have to lug them up the stairs). I would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Breckenridge.
