Welcome to Slopeside Easy Street (formerly known as Bee Branch 24).

This updated three bedroom, two bathroom condo offers level entry access and is located along the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain!

The living room is accentuated with a cozy gas log fireplace and deck access with outdoor seating. Enjoy seasonal mountain views.
​​​​​​​You can view Sugar Mountain Ski slopes from the deck. Access the slopes down 60 steps and across a smallbridge to Easy Street and ski to the lodge.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing your pets to this home.
- The roads to this property are paved and plowed in winter weather, however 4WD or AWD vehicles are required during times of inclement weather. There is parking for 2 vehicles.
- This home offers a well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
-Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
