Slopeside 3BR/2BA Real wood burning fireplace w/ Durango Mountain Club access

We had the most fabulous vacation at Purgatory village! The condo has amazing views, is cozy, clean, well appointed, super convenient for quick lift and village access! It is the end unit in the building, so it has lots of extra windows & views. We loved having 3 full bedrooms to accommodate our party of 6. Definitely highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property during our spring break for skiing at Purgatory Resort. We were very comfortable during our stay when we were not out skiing , eating or using the resort amenities. Parking is feet away from the front door. Its a short walk from the unit to the lifts (practically ski in/ski out). Great food options nearby at the resort or in the nearby area. Excellent and responsive host.

My wife, three teenage boys, and I stayed here and had a great few days of skiing. It was clean, a short walk from the lift, and communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking access to the slopes was awesome as was the view! We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms & 2 baths! The wood burning fireplace was our favorite! We built a fire & made s'mores every night!

Condo has an amazing location, owner was communicative and even gave us a late checkout. Place is definitely dated and looks like it hasn’t been renovated in many years. If that doesn’t bother you great place to stay.

The property is in a great location, very short distance to main lift. Has Fireplace,ski locker,outdoor balcony with gas grill and free firewood.check in and check out process couldn't be better. We'll definitely be back.Thank you Dana.

Location is great!

Our family enjoyed our stay and getting to and from the mountain was easy. Close enough that my 12 year old could walk back on her own from the lifts. Access to the mountain lodge for the hot tub and gym was worth it. Condo was clean and roomy. Host was quick to return texts and very helpful.

Purgatory is definitely a family mountain with lots of beginners! Admittedly it was a busy spring vacation week. Lots of merging trails and only one high speed lift from base. Once you are up and disperse this mountain us fantastic. Our condo was conveniently located and we enjoyed our time.

This condo was perfect for our family / friends, there were 5 of us and the space was perfect for 5 or 6 people. The condo was clean, beds & bedding were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked. They included things most condo's i've ever rented don't include. They provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, trash bags & shampoo/conditioner for the entire stay. They also had humidifiers for each bedroom and a well stocked kitchen with a crockpot, keurig with coffee pods, plenty of pans for cooking and any spice i could think of needing. The owner was super nice and friendly, very helpful and responsive. Not to mention the fact that this condo is so close to the slopes and provides an outside ski locker so we didnt have to bring them inside. We would definitely stay here again.
