Slice of 30A - Gulf Views, Near Beach Club and Town Center!

Wonderful location, very clean, nicely appointed. Great access to beach and pools! The only drawback was hearing our “neighbors” at 5:30 am going up and down what I assumed were their stairs again and again. (Nothing like being on vacation and finally being able to sleep in only to be awakened by thumping at 5:30 am.) Not much anyone could have done, but it did take away from the overall experience. Also with checking in at 4 and check out at 10, both days are cut off from using the amenities. It would be nice to find a way to get earlier access or keep access to the pools and beach even if we can’t get into the condo. We paid for two nights but only got one day of full access which was disappointing.

Perfect location and place for girls getaway! Location was absolutely perfect, a very short walk to Watercolor Beach Club and the beach, Watercolor shops, and a short jaunt to Seaside. I have been to Watercolor many times with family, so I loved being able to provide my friends with a perfect experience. Everything was clean and necessarily supplies were available. The only bummer was that there weren’t actually views of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony. There might be when the trees are not so full? Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

World definitely stay again

Wonderful condo with everything our family needed. Next to the Beach Club, beach and a cute coffee shop. Short walk to the town center for restaurants, bars and food trucks. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was as advertised. It was close to everything. The only thing I can complain about is people using the parking spots that were not staying at the property. During the day it was full of beach goers and workers at the pool and stores.

My sister and my teacher friends have been coming to the Seaside race for the last 9 years. We have booked this property at least 3 (maybe 4?) times because it is so perfect for race weekend! We hope to be right there again next year! Thanks!

Convenience to the beach, restaurants, shops, and WCBC pool was the best feature. The layout of the unit was good except for the back door entrance into the MBR=sand everywhere. The master bath had a sour odor which might just be something stuck in the drain traps(?). The box fan came in handy for airing it out as well as for the overall stuffiness in the bathroom. Otherwise, comfortable, well-stocked, and again, CONVENIENT!

We had 7 girls that all ran the Seaside 5K and Half! We LOVED it!! We actually stayed in this same lovely condo last year, and the girls requested to be back in this year!
