Stayed Jul 3, 2025What’s listed is exactly what you get. We didn’t spend much time in the room due to our plans, but the property itself was great. Our only suggestion would be to add a TV in the bedroom. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Small but comfortable. The condo is well equipped with everything you need. Also, it's located less than an hour from Traverse City. Bellaire it close by with good restaurants. Breakfast spots include the Hens Den which was great.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024This place would probably be great if you were staying there to ski in the winter when things are open, but in the summer it's only you and the workers staying across the way in Amanda Haus, grown up walking paths, and a 30-50 drive to the lake of your choice. In the winter you can't see the age of the place from the outside because it's white, but in the summer you can tell it's hayday was in the 80s or 90s. Looks obviously aren't all that important, but there's also no place to hang out. If you go back by the pool, there's a closed banquet room sort of thing with grown up weeds where you can sit in direct sunlight on a patio- but that's about it other than the pool. I wanted to warn anyone who needs to stay in touch with family/work that your signal will likely be very very bad. We actually lost connection when driving a couple times and had to make things up. We thought we'd have to print out directions or save them as text lol. Just be prepared in that regard. Lastly, if you're coming in the summer for the lakes, Torch Lake is not very accessible because the beach/land around it is almost entirely owned by rich people. :-) There are a few public access points, one of which is a park that is watched like a hawk by an HOA Karen. (Side story if I had more characters). TL;DR - you need a house on the lake and a boat to have a summer retreat there. Otherwise, you have a small space between 50 other people to stand.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Please don’t trust the exterior pictures at all. The grounds have fallen into such disrepair that we called the property manager upon arrival to ask if she had anything else available. One night I took our dog out for a walk and was greeted by a screaming loud argument on the balcony of a nearby unit. The inside of the unit was in decent shape, but the bed wasn’t comfortable, the kitchen was very poorly equipped, and the washer was about as loud as a jet engine.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024If I could change anything about our stay, it would be to have a TV in the bedroom and have a larger bed. Otherwise, it was ok.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We booked the condo for a few days over fourth of July. The property was exactly as described. The bed was not the most comfortable to sleep on, but for only a couple nights it isnt a big deal. We enjoyed our stay.
