Sleeps 10 - 3 bedroom, 2 bath, beach chairs, tags, very close to beach/boardwalk

The condo was in nice condition and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and flatware. The appliances are new, and everything was very clean. The walk up was exactly 20 steps, and a bit difficult carting luggage. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Just in case you are new to OC NJ, you must bring or rent all your linens. This includes sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen linens too. It would have been good to have that requirement included in the listing. Our hosts, Brian and Julie were great. They took time to call before our arrival to answer any questions. Great location near the boardwalk and beach.

My family of five had a nice relaxing trip to OC. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and bay. I highly recommend.

We had a nice, short trip to OC in this cute place! The host is communicative and everything looks just as it is in the listing. We loved the proximity to the boards and the beach at 13th is huge. Heads up to bring all linens, including blankets.

This property is close to the beach (short walk) but in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Located towards the southern end of the boardwalk, there is less congestion but excellent access to everything.

Great location that is close to the beach and boardwalk. In less than 10 minutes you’re on the beach. The condo is really cute, updated and clean. The owners are great. We had a mishap where we accidentally locked the keys inside and the owner was amazingly helpful to get us back inside the condo. I was blown away with how helpful they were. Would definitely stay here again!

This property felt like a home away from home from the second we stepped inside. The house is clean, updated, and filled with little touches that made for the perfect vacation week. This was the perfect house for our young family - we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location for family. Close and walkable to fishing, boardwalk, rides, beach, shopping. Second floor property. The stair walk up is a little tricky with lots of luggage. Nice little deck to sit out and have coffee/read in the morning! Quiet street. Off street parking a plus. Overall great place!

The location was great, and the place was clean and comfortable. There was an issue getting the television to work. The property manager was responsive. I would recommend leaving instructions on which remote to use and how to use it.

The property and the owner are great!

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well equipped . They had a beach cart, toys and a closet of board games if needed and the house was a short walk to the beach. The owners were super responsive when we needed them. Would stay there again!

We had an amazing weekend in OCNJ! The place was so close to the beach and boardwalk which was very important for our family. Having the beach cart, toys, and chairs provided was key. We would definitely stay again!
