The giant sectional (with queen pull out) invites you to fall into it. Baskets of super cozy blankets make it easy to disconnect from your everyday routine, and not want to leave. The natural gas fireplace and 70 inch smart TV set the tone for whatever vibe you're looking for.

While chatting with your friends/family relaxing on the sectional, get your Gordon Ramsay on (minus all the yelling) in the fully stocked kitchen with large eat-in island. Equipped by owners with a hospitality background, this condo has everything you need for a 5 star meal.

The Coffee Bar makes your early morning cup of Joe a breeze!

Throw some big steaks or veggies on the gas grill, right next to the enclosed hot tub.

Sit on the 2nd story garden-facing deck and take in some of that pure Colorado air.

Don't feel like cooking A short walk to Main St. for a breakfast pastry and coffee, or dinner is a breeze, and incredibly scenic.

Queen bed in the master, 2 bunkbeds in the guest bedroom, and pull out sectional allow this condo to sleep 8 comfortably. Master bedroom has a pack and play for little ones as well, if needed.

    We loved this property for so many reasons! It was the perfect size for our family of 6 and the location was perfect for skiing and going into town. We didn't have to get in our car at all since we could walk to get our ski rentals and the lift. In the evenings the walk to town is short as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

    David was responsive and super helpful esp about restaurants, where to get ski equipment and getting around. Plenty of space for 5 people (2 adults/3 kids).

    David’s place had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The location could not be beat. We were halfway between the Snowflake Lift and town and we definitely took advantage of both. David Was very responsive to questions and requests both before and during our trip. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Breck that is convenient to both the mountain and town.

    We had a great stay at this property. The location was wonderful, especially with 3 young kids. The hosts were quick to respond to any minor issues we had. A couple things: the window coverings in the bedrooms could be updated to allow more sunlight to be blocked out if desired. They were difficult to open/close. We had an issue with only having one fan in the unit (we needed one/bedroom)… but the hosts were quick to have another sent over! Lastly, the master bedroom has a super hard mattress. My husband had to sleep downstairs on the couch because it was too uncomfortable. However, I’m sure some people prefer a very hard/firm mattress, so might not be a negative. Overall we had a wonderful, comfortable stay and loved being so close to Main St! It’s super helpful when the hosts are so accessible! We would stay here again :)

    My family of 6 (4 teenagers) loved this property. It has great space and layout for all of us. The kitchen has everything you could need. It’s location is right on the bus route which is super helpful. You can walk to the snowflake lift, but it is uphill. That’s hard in the snow and ice while carrying skis. But coming home via 4 o’clock run is awesome. Just walk across the street and you’re home. Owners were super responsive and offered tips for good things in the area. All in all an excellent vacation!

    The property was very clean and in a convenient location to downtown. There is a lot of space to spread out and a large sofa for everyone to relax after a long day. There is a bus stop across the street if you don’t want to make the short walk to the Snowflake lift and you’re able to ski down lower 4 O’Clock back to the condo.

    My friends and I stayed here as a yearly girls trip and we were blown away. The photos don’t do this place justice - it was a perfect condo! The host was very attentive and gave us great advice, recs and helped make sure everything was in proper order. It is the perfect distance to the slopes and shops. We will be back!!

    This condo was very updated and had all the conveniences we needed. The location was an easy walk to the ski lift and an easy walk to downtown. The owner was very communicative and helpful. My family enjoyed our ski vacation very much and would definitely stay there again.
