Skiin and out Beautiful Mtn Lodge - Affordable too

I drove 4 hours to get here only to find out my stay was through Expedia’s partner, VRBO and not an actual hotel. Everything went downhill from there. The host never gave check-in instructions. VRBO customer support might as well have been nonexistent. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours. 0 solutions were offered. Then the following day they haggled me about my refund. 4 hours to be stranded. Offered 0 solutions. 0 apologies. Hung up on multiple times. The worst experience I have ever had with a stay. Do not recommend. Save your time, money and energy because they simply do not care.

No kitchen. very small. no couch or chairs. Very uncomfortable.

Nice, but very expensive. Also, don't like the parking situation. Don't want strangers driving my vehicle. Everything is expensive here.

Perfect unit for my huaband and I and our 12 lb dog. 200 sq ft unit with easy access to everything. The View restaurant at the lodge was great as well. Easy access to the gondola and green slopes plus valet parking. Great 4 night stay would rent again.

The property we thought we were booking, a condo at Mt. Lodge, turned out to be a very small motel styled room. When I questioned the owner he said we got what we had booked. The owner was very specific on only contacting him, not the Lodge management. I asked him for few things: a larger room, a drinking glass and cup (there were only one of each provided), coffee for the coffee maker, a chair (no chairs were in this small room). He replied that he was a 'hands-off' manager and would not assist in any of the requests. Upon check out the Lodge management said there were many complaints about this owner. They used the term 'bait and switch' and said he has been accused of it before. They were going to address this at their next HOA meeting ~ I told them he is giving the Lodge (which is a wonderful facility) a bad name. Shortly after I asked for those few items we received an email which said Please let me know if there is anything you need or if I can assist you in any way. Always here to help BS! The irony is that after we left we got an email saying your experience and satisfaction is most important He also told us to feel free to leave an additional tip for the cleaning staff ~ a room of that size would take less than 45 mins and our cleaning fee we paid vrbo was ample. I have never written a bad review but this owner certainly deserves one.

We enjoyed the Mountain Lodge! The shuttle service was fantastic! The views from the hot tub are beautiful and ski in/out is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Excellent guess service , shuttle service , front desk just great all the staff ! Breakfast and dinner in the resort was not got at all .
