    Third party group put through vrbo onto Expedia. Both Expedia and vrbo had the listing wrong. There is only one king bed. Two queen beds. Two twin beds. We had to have people sleep on couches and the floor. None of the three companies wanted to correct the problem or take accountability for it. On top of that one shower didn’t work. Two lamps were broke. Chandelier didn’t work. Property didn’t offer any extra towels or toiletries or even toilet paper. No elevator available either.

    This place is Amazing totally recommend. We saw moose from the balcony , a lot of rooms very clean , the kitchen great with the utensils , I totally will come back to this place. , the check out was too early. At 10 am. This is what I dislike , but all the place was Amazing , cozy the fire place very easy to use

    The condo is in a convenient location, but the unit itself is tired. The condo décor was nice but the bed size did not match what was described in the listing - there was only 1 king size bed. The other 2 “kings” were actually queen. (This detail was not communicated during our stay because nothing could have been done about it, but please update the listing to reflect accurate information.) Cleanliness was also an issue, as there was noticeable dust throughout the unit, and the kitchen cabinets had visible chipped paint. While the condo was functional, it did not meet expectations based on the description and could benefit from better upkeep and accuracy in the listing.

    The property was very and well maintained. There was a slight hint of dog urine when we got there. We have dogs so we didnt think much of it. The toliet in the down stairs bathroom needs to tightened up as it was wobbly. . Other than that it was quiet and peaceful.

    It was a nice place that was super convenient to ski slopes and we all loved that!! Planned on grilling while there but the grill was not at all convenient so we cooked inside. Bathrooms had drainage and electrical issues. We very much appreciated early check in.

    Ski in ski out was awesome, downtown awesome…please have the cleaning crew dust the walls in the kitchen though!! Other than that I would book it again!

    The location was fantastic, and the condo was spacious, but it needs some TLC and updating. Dealing with the Vacasa management company was challenging, as they use a call center that is presumably offshore. For example, the parking passes were missing and it took over 24 hours to get them. At one point, I was told to park in overnight parking in town and pay for it. After a day of going in circles, I was finally informed that they have a front desk in town, which would have been helpful to know upfront. Additionally, items in the kitchen were dirty and required cleaning before use.Bottom line: While the location and spaciousness of the unit are great, I would rent from a local company in Breckenridge in the future to ensure timely and local support.

    Stayed with my adult kids and family. This was such a great spot for ski/in ski/out. The kids were so excited to board home for lunch! The condo has a great open living area with plenty of room for 8 adults to hang out, eat, play games and sit by the fireplace. Amazing views and very quiet, peaceful! Clean property easy parking. Only 2 spots so you will need to park other cars remotely but not a big deal. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook and serve. Very quick and easy communication with company that manages unit. Instant responses. We would certainly book again for the location alone!

    The place is great, the management was terrible. Texted they were going to bring the missing parking pass and never did then told me to locate an office downtown to get one. Sleeps 10 but not enough silverware to feed 7. Dishwasher leaves dishes dirty, even when rinsed before loading. Then asked for a 5-star review. Haha

    First, the house layout is perfect. Lots of beds and space to be. Lots of bathrooms and access on both floors. The kitchen is big with lots of counter space. It is on the older side, as others have mentioned, but that didn’t bother us. The balcony is wide enough for maybe two people but the view is really great. We saw a moose just a few yards away. The kitchen is very clean, but does need appliance updates. The microwave and dishwasher both turn on but neither works. The microwave does not heat food and every cycle of dishes came out dirty. Which made us think we needed to pre wash every utensil and bowl we used from the cabinets. Beds are comfy, water pressure was great and hot water was quick. This is third floor so there are three flights of stairs and then some to get to the condo. We were glad to see there is an elevator to help with loads from the car and it worked great. WiFi was strong but went out at least three times in three days. It seemed like a condo-wide outage after we talked to the management company, who was very responsive. I would not call this walkable to downtown but it is a really great location. Just far enough that it was quiet and secluded but an easy 5 minute drive to Main Street. Parking passes were waiting for us when we arrived. We chose this property because it included a hot tub, but when we arrived it was closed for the season, which was a bummer. Overall, really comfortable, clean condo with lots of room and great location. Glad we chose it.

    There was a dead bat by the refrigerator, the microwave didn't work and there were no parking passes. Support and service was non-existent. Unfortunately, I can't recommend that people choose this rental in the future.

    The place is very attractive and appealing esthetically with expansive 2 story ceilings with sky lights and lovely artwork. The location is excellent, close to town, yet with the feel of being in nature. Very comfortable for 8 people. We loved being there!

    Nice property, could use some updates, but you can’t beat the convenience of true ski in/out. I wouldn’t walk into town because you are a ways up the mountain, no problem getting ride shares to and from.
