WiFi is provided, and on-site garage parking is available for one vehicle.

• Stairs/Elevator: The building has an elevator operated by building management. If the elevator is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.

• WiFi: Provided; however, due to Breckenridge’s mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

    Amazing location, walkable to Peak 9 base / Quicksilver super chair on one side, Main Street shops and restaurants on the other!! So awesome to wake up and see so many Breck peaks just out the windows. Communication was prompt and professional. Would stay again!

    Second year staying in this building. Great location—didn’t need a car the whole time! Walked out to the lift each morning, then walked one block to Main Street for dinner each evening. Hot tub and steam room were lovely and in good working order. The real detractor from this experience was the poor customer service from the property management company for this unit. Ice maker didn’t work but more importantly made a loud noise 24/7 and necessitated sleeping with ear plugs. Additionally the t.v. only allowed one channel. I reported both of these issues within 12 hours of our arrival, but despite being told that it would be addressed, someone only came at the end of day 3 of a 4 day stay and after continued inquiries by me. Unacceptable.

    The facility and location were great. The shower barely worked, pressure almost nonexistent, had to wait literally 5 minutes for hot water, the heat never came on as far as we could discern. Everything else was more than adequate.

    Great location and Village HOA amenities are top notch. Unit is comfortable enough, but the brown and cream shag carpet is kinda gross at this point. Didn't appreciate getting charged 40.00 extra for a standard damage waiver I never approved.

    We have stayed in this building multiple times in many units and want to call out this unit as a winner! Check-in including parking pass was a breeze and prompts via text... NOTE: the building front desk is a nightmare rented by another management company but once you are familiar with the building it makes sense. The unit was as listed with comfy fold out bed, plenty of towels, stocked kitchen with pans, utensils, and food storage containers. View of this unit was great looking at peak 8 and view of the hot tubs. We will be looking to stay in this unit again! The building is a great location for winter skiing, summer hiking and steps from downtown or the Village shops. The amenities are another winner for our family with video games, heated pool, multiple hot tubs, firepit, sauna, steam room and private rooms you can reserve for movie or x-box room.

    Not a fan of the Digital Key. Had to carry my phone everywhere. There were a couple times that key wouldn’t work and had to restart phone. Called my wife just so I could ride the elevator.
