Ski Lodge w Pool/HotTub/Golf & Beach Club Access!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location

I did not receive the check in process or unit/door code until I reached out to the host, upon arrival. Then, another couple got the same unit and door code information. It took a while to sort out who was really booked in the unit. After that, everything was fine. We liked its location and would stay there again.

Host did not provide check in information until I reached out the night before. No information was provided on how to access the pool. Our family checked in and headed straight to the pool (the main purpose for our rental) only to find out that it requires a key card to get in - which we did not have. After calling the owner we were told there was supposed to be one in our room. There was not. We were then instructed to let ourselves into the property managers unit and take a key card from the wall. We were very uncomfortable going into another unit but we did as this was the only way to get entry to the pool. At this point we decided to use the pool at the resort as it looked bigger and nicer. We were unable to do this as the key did not work for the indoor or outdoor pool at the resort and the desk staff would not issue us another key. After allof this mess we just went to go get dinner. After dinner we attempted to use the ice machine but the key code to get into get ice was also not correct and we had to find another person who was staying to let us in. Communication was less than ideal and host has not responded to several messages that were left asking about how they plan to compensate us for lack of access to amenities we paid for. Room was also notStocked with essentials such as Kleenex.
