Stayed Jul 8, 2025Incline village is great, but you can’t get to the beach without a pass. The house was very dated ( from the 70’s), but clean. Having to be out by 10am, is not great. Check in was easy, and they left welcome gifts which was nice. Beds were comfortable and you can park in the garage. Overall, Tahoe is amazing!

Stayed Dec 28, 2022The condo was all we could ask for. The layout was great and everything was spotless. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beds and seating were comfortable. Huge kitchen and other areas. We loved the deck outside. The wifi worked well, televisions upstairs and downstairs, convenient to everything in town, the garage was a plus with cold weather. It has a seventies vibe with wallpaper and cabinets but everything was well cared for. Property manager was super helpful and provided us with options to reach someone if we needed something, which we did not. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Lake Tahoe. Perfect for a group to stay and be together but still find their own space.

Stayed Aug 3, 2020The property was larger than I'd expected, the home and furnishings were outdated but well-cleaned. The location is extremely convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were... 1. We were informed after arrival that the nearby beach is private and that access is not given to renters due to covid, so we had to drive to King's Beach daily. They did offer a future discount to compensate for this. 2. The cleaners entered the house a day before our check out and left without explaining which caused some distress with 2 sleeping children. Other notes: - The only thing in the kitchen aside from dishes was salt and pepper, there were no coffee filters, no olive oil, sugar, or anything else so plan accordingly if you plan to cook.

Stayed Dec 27, 2018We've stayed at this cabin before, but during the summer time. The cabin is moderately stocked with most kitchen needs. There were a few things that I wish I had brought from home, like a decent potato peeler and a really sharp knife, but I managed. When I stayed during the summer I made a request that the master bedroom mattress be upgraded, and was hoping they had, but it was the same lousy one and my back is feeling it today. The other two bedrooms might have better mattresses. Great location and a short drive to Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak ski resorts.

Stayed Jul 24, 2018I have waited almost a month to write this review, my stay was in July. I chose this property because it was close to my own apt. building that is occupied with tenants. Although it says budget, it should not have filthy chairs in the dining & breakfast room 1 chair out of 9 was clean but when you sit you hit the frame under the cushion. 2 of the 3 beds had WET sheets thrown over the top of the beds and NO hangers upon arrival after a tiring 9 hr. drive. It took 3 days to get hangers! And, no instructions on how to operate the TVs with 2 different remote controls. I got TV on my 3rd day out of a 4 day stay,. It took 3 weeks to find out what type of credit they would give me for the bad inconveniences. WORSE.... instead of a credit to my debit card they CHARGED me over $900 AGAIN 2 days ago and it threw my bank account into the RED. My bank can correct the double charge but that won't happen until 4 days from now! Their accounting dept. does NOT know their Credits from their Debits or someone is messing with the books!! As a former accountant this is far below standard business practices. Is there anyone at the helm of Lake Tahoe Accomodations??
