Things to Note for Our Guests:
1. Heated Pool, Hot Tubs & Fire Pit: Open from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Pm
2. Fitness Room: Open from 5:00 Am to 10:00 Pm
3. Game Room: Open from 8:00 Am to 10:00 Pm
4. Quiet Hours: From 10:00 Pm to 8:00 Am
5. Trash: The Indoor C&D parking garages have trash dumpsters available. There is an additional dumpster located between H&J individual parking garages. Please keep the door closed after use to avoid bear issues.
6. Ski Storage Areas: The Ski-out/Ski-in Ski Bridge on the 5th floor of the D building has ski racks & ski locker rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ski Locker is accessible with the Common Door Code.
7. Bikes: Bikes are not allowed in hallways or units. Bike Locker rooms are located indoors in C&D parking garages. The Bike Locker Room is accessible with the Common Door Code.
8. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in common areas, on balconies, decks, or other entrances. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the C building entrance in the designated smoking area.
9. No PET policy
10. Hallways: Luggage carts are provided for your convenience. Park the cart at the side of the hallway, unload it immediately, and return it to the parking garage you picked from.

    Was given instructions on what garage to enter and upon arrival that garage was blocked off with traffic cones, it was not communicated to us to use the other garage. Secondly, most of the stores, shops and resturaunts in the Winter Park resort are not open outside of ski season which would have been nice to know. Room was decent, however the pulldown bed was not very comfortable. Did not see any staff during my entire stay. Codes to enter the room and parking area are extremely long and can be frustrating, I would suggest upgrading to key cards or fobs.

    We hsd the building oractically to our selves. We had great hikes, found a great tavern to watch the chiefs game, indulged in the sulphur hot springs, and the condo was a great value. Welmaintained.

    We really enjoyed our stay…the condo was cute & clean…the host provided detailed instructions for the use of the property to include external & internal door & parking garage codes, which made the check-in process easy. The property is well maintained with easy access to the hot-tub overlooking a spectacular view. The price for our two night stay was also a plus! We would highly recommend this property and definitely book again for next year’s Jazz Festival. Sunii
